Figured it was rhetorical, 5'10", 150lbs, don't really track my lifting numbers. Using r/gainit for bulking. We don't all come here as lazy fat asses. I'm in a "captain and constantly complaining passenger" situation so owning my shit is not what I need. Keeping frame and changing how I act is.

Took her to go see Michelangelo's David in Italy a few months back. She told me I look just like him. Ways to go still. I'm toned but not big.

Make sure you are reading the entire post professor. I asked for help changing my thinking, not my actions. My actions are in line. I agree that r/realalpha is a piece of shit but this guy is why it exists. Neckbeard like him can't formulate any real advice in his rick and morty fueled brain. All you know how to do is call people a faggot and tell them to go read. But it's the best way to get upvotes around here. Cool.

Acts of service huh? Been reading 5 Love Languages? Thanks for the response, I haven't read the book, but I suppose the term did come from that, she brought it up. I think I need to focus on not Deering next while only doing things that enhance my life. Doing shit for her so that she won't explode isn't good enough. And if she does explode, I'll leave the house more often.

I have a hard time seeing why I need to call her an uber when she could call it herself. I'm sure my perspective here must be wrong in some way. But I thought the rule was something like, if you were single is it something you would do? If my car broke down, I wouldn't call my wife to come get me if she was busy, i'd just get home. Why am I responding to her needing me to fix the issue? My situation might be different though since my wife has a damsel in distress complex and this shit happens 3 …

You'll never get me out this closet

While there is data showing that women, in general, bring home less money, it is continually disproven that women are being paid less for the same job.

Exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much. It seemed from a lot that I was reading that one of the main goals was literally to put on weight through body building. This is way more difficult for my skinny ass than just being in way good shape, since it's nearly impossible for me to eat enough calories for large gains. So now I will lift for myself and get all the benefits I want.

Does this benefit itself have much use? I'm not disputing the need to workout. I like being in shape. Little disclaimer.

STOP HAVING SEX WITH DRUNK GIRLS. STOP HAVING SEX WITH DRUNK GUYS.

It is very difficult to motivate a lazy bitch to clean house. That sucks. That's really one of my main goals here. And I know i'll feel so empowered once I get into the habit of taking care of everything myself. But I feel like the lack of balance in my marriage is even more exaggerated because my wife has no job, we have no kids, and she just sits around all day. But then she complains about how hard she works and how she needs to me to take care of her. It's getting old. And we've only been ma…

What does she need to do that you can't? Nothing. But I don't want her to keep spending my money without adding anything, or only adding sex. Am I still on the wrong track here?

Is anything that takes longer than 19 days even worth it? I can see it now, we'll start a red pill magazine for the racks in walmart with all sorts of empty promises of things you can get in a week.

Huh, I thought MRP was like a 30 day program or some shit. /s

Just getting started here. Which sidebar material best addresses what you just said? I've read NNMNG (and just started it again) and i'm trying to pick what to move to next.

The right's economic principles are on point, but the vast majority of republican reps don't practice what they preach. I don't care what society approves.

Thanks for the brutality. Fortunately my wife and I haven't been together two years, so there's not too much trained that I have to break. Unfortunately I have been beta my entire life so i've still got a long road.

Maybe I misrepresented myself, though I did type it out. I had spent the whole morning doing chores, and she volunteered to make a thing for our 4th of july party. So she hadn't done anything else that day. It's that type of situation that got me into TRP in the first place.

Funny, one of my wifes shit tests is to ask me to drive home from work during lunch to pick up dog poop. Because she was doing homework and too busy. Can you believe, I'm actually beta enough that I did it a couple times?

I love that this post got me more excited than i've ever been to move forward in MRP, but at the same time it had the advice not to "rambo" it. I know i'm coming in late, but thanks, this was great.
