completely agree!! I’m a woman who’s been for men’s rights for a while, and it’s pretty upsetting how many people disregard the movement as a group of ‘incels’ or something else :( i just want to be able to protect the men in my life that are important to me. the thought of a future son of mine having his entire life ruined by some random girl who tells one lie is terrifying. no. a cat has a litter box that you clean once a week. leave out food for it and you’re done. a dog you have to walk, feed, play with, etc., etc. plus, puppies will eat and destroy things so you can’t leave them alone. but...that IS how it works. men literally do pick fields that pay more (STEM, medical fields, etc) where women tend to go into fields that pay less (teaching, therapy). women dominate in fields that pay less, and men dominate in fields that pay more. yes, there is a ‘wage gap’. but it’s not because of sexism or discrimination. women don’t get paid less when doing the same work as a man. it just doesn’t happen.
