You're right, it's not easy, but the article wasn't really trying to tell you HOW to get over your fear... just that some guys need to recognize that being a pussy is what stands between happiness and loneliness.

All true, but only if you actually want your ex back.

Getting friendzoned = growing a vagina. Solid advice in this article, but best not to get friendzoned to begin with!

I think it's worth understanding the affects physical appearance can have on both PUA and life in general, thus giving one's self plenty of motivation to do whatever is possible (within reason) to maintain a respectable appearance. Obviously for some who got shafted by the gene pool, this may be nearly impossible, but every person who wants to maximize their chances of success in PUA/seduction should do what they can to maximize their look.

In the case of PUA / seduction, then I would agree, one of the biggest benefits of being attractive is that it boosts self-confidence. But is this really a case of "the chicken and the egg"? Being good-looking makes any efforts to pickup girls more likely to succeed, thus boosting self-confidence. And regarding your suggestion that I'm "making excuses" and "perpetuating utter bullshit".... I invite you to do a quick Google search for the phrase "lookism" or "appearance based prejudice". This isn…

Those of you who think that looks don't matter at all are completely delusional. "Master pickup artists" will tell you that you can get laid no matter how ugly you are because they want you to buy their shit, sign up for their webinar, etc. The reality is that appearance helps you get your foot in the door, so to speak.... it's a lot easier to approach a woman and spark her interest if you look like Ryan Reynolds than if you look Danny DeVito. After that initial stage, personality takes over and…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
