I'm not sure exactly how punishment should look, but it definitely is a factor in mitigating certain behaviors.

I would be shocked if that 1 in 5 or 1 in 4 statistics were true. I want to know the criteria and methods in collecting the data. Also, the data significantly changes for men if you take many things into account that currently probably aren't including prisoners.

I think the line wasn't meant to be offensive, rather the fact that men have largely had power for a long time in many areas and feminists want "revenge." I think it was just a poorly articulated line.
