That's a bs myth, a myth commonly posted on fat logic. I've never seen someone not obese make this claim, yeah your body will slow down your metabolism but it doesn't matter at all if your bmr (resting burn rate) is 1600 and you consume 400 less. That means a weight loss of over 2 pounds in 10 days. It's a poor argument mathematically. And unless you exercise slow metabolism is pretty useful because it takes so damn long to get hungry after a meal. Speaking from experience I would sometimes go 3…

Great comment I regret taking time to write my own now 👌

IF is great but the best longterm strategy for weightloss is getting familiar with calories in different foods and counting the best you can each and every day. Hence I reckon OP would have much better success counting 1200 kcal a day until desired weight is close at hand. For reference to those wondering 1200 cal is roughly 3 doughnuts. Generally every time you eat to start with you want to Google "whatever you eat+kcal" making a solid memory bank for future rough calculations. Generally be car…

No sane guy would think less of you for approaching, for the proposal your gender allows you to choose, if the girl of my dreams proposed I'd be head over heels~ But I'm getting the feeling you'd rather be on the receiving end of a proposal so the motive of this question eludes me.

That gender role is very damaging imo. We're not turned off if a woman asks us out, shows initiative and courage that's hot ~

If you're getting good vibes with a guy you like, ask him out I guess Limiting yourself to when you're asked sounds like a bad longterm strategy.

Hvm usually don't care half as much about the extra effort that you do. Have you been dating?

Guy pov, trust your partner 100%until proven otherwise nothing is a bigger flag to me than unwarranted trust issues.

Imo it's not worth it because odds are all he wants to do is create an oppertunity to sleep with you again.

The book men on strike touches on the subject and might give some insight as to why men generally hesitate to get married moreso now than ever.

I honestly don't know if vday matters to my gf, she's sold flowers for 10 years so I'm guessing she hates it.

They have a right to know, sexual chemistry matters to a lot of guys so they'd never marry prior to knowing if you're a good fit.

Story as old as time when an abuser lies about being better. I explode sometimes but I never take it out on my SO. NOBODY deserves that.

I'm not sure it's possible to recover from a betrayal like this in such a young relationship, is he worth the trouble?

Lots of cuddling would probably be a good sign that it's more than just sex.

For some men sexual compatibility is definitely important but these guys wouldn't get involved with someone who holds your values. My 2 cents

You're on the right track, under no circumstance make it about you and only talk about the occurrence if HE opens the conversation about it. That's how I would've preferred it anyway.

This is why I advocate against ever talking about body count nothing good ever comes from it, hope you sort it out somehow.

I think it's perfectly fine for you to feel that way when he's displaying toxic behavior such as oogling other women.

Unless he's grieving you about it and you're happy as is you can probably relax with a clean conscience.

That's more individual I suppose but in terms of the digital communication letting him take the initiative on his terms without making him feel guilty about it would probably be best. How often does he usually contact you? Small gestures as good morning and good night should still be a default priority for him to continue doing of course as it requires very little while still showing that he thinks about you. It's very hard to put myself in the shoes of someone I don't know so I'm applying perso…

In my experience men vastly prefer short efficient exchanges of information when it's not face to face. I'm sure everything is fine :)

Man pov here, I don't know about other guys but digital contact/calling my gf is mostly just something I do to insure her that my interest for her is still very much there. I fear me not doing this on the daily will cause a misunderstanding. Random guess, now that you're engaged maybe he doesn't feel that it is necessary to reaffirm his affection for you outside the household. I highly doubt this is an indication that he doesn't like you as much anymore. Thoughts?
/r/RedPillWomen30/11/21 12:15 PM

I reckon if you find a guy that communicates in a direct and honest manner everything will work out, even if he's normally dom I'm sure most guys would gladly play the part you want to be a desirable partner :)

Replying this late is probably of little importance but makeup is less important to us men in general than you'd think. A 5 minute approach to applying makeup would be just as good as the 20-30 minutes.
