What is left from a program after you press the x button and the computer gets too old to work? Nothing. But what if you copied the program to another computer? You are just the instance of a blueprint with the possibility to create new instances.

Imagine you and your partner would be the only two human beings. Would there be human life after your death? My belief was very common in China and the pre-Christian world. In China you still punish the children for the mistakes of the parents. The public opinion that there is a soul or that there is nothing after death made people better crusaders or working bees. How to shape public opinion is described in the book propaganda by Edward Bernays. The thing that makes you you, that defines you mo…

If you are your brain and not that DNA branch then yes. You are your source code, not the state of your current instance.

Children are not there to make one happy, they are a necessity to live. There is no life after death if you do not procreate. You are not your brain but a tree of DNA branches in time. People tend to forget that.

https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11205-011-9865-y It is behind a pay wall Could be that the kids are their fulfillment, yes. Still you could be more self fulfillment by traveling with your child free partner and meeting your friends around the globe and getting attention on social media than by cleaning your grandchild's diapers

You can look at yourself as the smart human that is better than animals. When I look at myself, I look at myself like I look at an animal. I know that I will be lazy in the future so when I want my future self to do something, I make sure that I burn all other ships and make it less convenient to take any route except the one that I planned. I know that expecting to be above average in the future is not a safe bet. My ego doesn't get into the way of my plans. So I just change my surroundings to …

I found a source that child free people are happier until old age (not in the link, I actually cannot find it anymore) If you have children you cannot do what you want and even as grandparents you need to take care for your grandchildren. It is a lot of stressful work that hinders you from reaching self fulfillment

It is better for women to not have any children if the only thing one loos for is happiness. Also correlation doesn't equal causation, maybe working mothers are healthier than sahm, too because they got all the energy to do a job and raise children as well, which affects happiness Same with poverty. Maybe people in poverty are more willing to have children

Attraction is depending on wealth in average women. There was an experiment done at Okcupid where people were asked to rate looks and personality. It came out that people rated the personality based on looks and that it was almost always the same

Ah, thanks for the explanation. Now I get your argument. Yes, that is true, it is about parents and the average stay at home mother is less happy than the average working mother. If you want a source that people with children are unhappier, just ask, I will take it as a given since it is easily googable for the US and China. And let's look at other data concerning working mothers and sahm. https://media1.popsugar-assets.com/files/2013/02/06/1/192/1922398/netimgNNq0kQ.jpg This says that sahm have…

It is the same how women decide for their partners. If a guy is weak and you can walk all over him and beat him up verbally and physically or if a guy is aggressive and everytime you try to push him over he pushes back in an assertive way and you have to spend value to earn his time you might decide for this guy's sperm inside of your egg cells instead of the other one's
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/22 02:19 PM

It is also about owning time and a prospect of long term health. Maybe your boss and an intern

If I needed to decide to go after one of two thieves of which one can beat me up and one that I can beat up and both stole the same amount of value from me at the same time I would decide to go after the later one

So I see everything as a physical experiment. The extreme form of a dominant man would be a rich business owner who works only 5 hours a day and has his own house with 5 bedrooms and a room keeper, the extreme form of a submissive man would be an employee who just earns enough for a 2 bedroom apartment although he has a PhD and works 16 hours a day and 12 hours on a Saturday

Productivity has increased so much in the last 30 years but salary hasn't. The system is rigged. There aren't any nests in NYC but there are songs and sitcoms to make you work there. At the same time most of the world's landmass is uninhabited. You could sustain yourself by working 3 days a week if you were in full control of your territory. A biber has to find a territory to have children. It cannot stay in the parents nest forever. Elephants have to sometimes walk long ways to find a proper place to have children. Why should humans always stay at the same place when the environment is unfit for procreation?

Working as investors and letting them escape the rat race is not sabotaging them. The real career ladder is employee < self employed < business owner < investor < bank owner < currency provider, not slaving life away as manager, ceo, etc. The economy doesn't require a two income household. Living in a big competitive city where only the top 10% of earners can afford enough territory for sub replacement fertility requires that and more (for the most)

What about 160 years into the future? How can you be alive? Being educated is better for what? For my life Your life ends in max. 150 years if you don't reproduce in the next 15 years. Early twin studies of adult individuals have found a heritability of IQ between 57% and 73%, with the some recent studies showing heritability for IQ as high as 80%. IQ goes from being weakly correlated with genetics for children, to being strongly correlated with genetics for late teens and adults.

I think IQ is mostly genetic. A study says that there is a 75% heritability of a GCSE score Why not focus more on picking a smart partner and having smart children than studying all day long? I don't think so. Life is just able to fit its goal more precisely. To see the goal you need to spectate what it does. On the other hand goals for individual can be overwritten with other people's goals. For example freeing you from the worry of life's programming to make you worry about virtual things like video games and money If life had no goal, why would it live?

If you lived in Niger where the average woman is having 5 kids, I would give you props for having your own opinion while swimming against the main stream. But you are probably acting the same as the people around you and the same as the people in Rome before it fell and the same as the mice in the kalhoun experiment At the moment you are to me not a lot different form a probabilistic robot that measures the environment and acts according to it Also life would not be able to give anything if it e…

I rather live after the patterns I notice since they guide me right. By having children I don't think that it takes 9 month to have a child but for the rest of your life. If the goal was not to have as many children as possible, why are financially free people having more children than poor ones and why do media and education that is controlled by the people who make the laws (which are controlled by money) keep telling us to not have children? The reality is theres no real goal every human is w…

Educated people spend less time on their health and less time doing the things they think are fun They spend less time on grooming and making their selves look good according to the study on the US. I think high IQ people have a higher quality of life but that does not mean that one needs to be educated or that the IQ boost that you attain from education is relevant for your life
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 03:41 PM

Earth is not life. Earth would not care but life would. I asked for the purpose of a single individual's life I would say that it is either to become fit to reproduce or to help the fit ones according to the theory
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 03:38 PM
1

Do you think that evolutionary fit men do fitness training? Do you think males pass more genes concerning the body while females pass more genes concerning the brain? I think this is the case. But wouldn't a programmer of war robots not be more adapted to the environment if he was in the top 50% than a soldier that is in the top 1%body wise?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 03:35 PM

Are you well educated? The higher the female education the lower the fertility rate of a country according to data of 100+ countries by UNESCO. Do you think that if your education was shorter, you would have been influenced to not think that kids are disgusting?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 03:31 PM

I think science does tell us what the goal in life is and it is a scientific question. I am a programmer and have had logic as a subject in university and I think I can logically say that the theory of evolution says that life is about the survival of the ones that are the most fit to the environment. The only other logical explanation would be that it is your goal to make sure that the fittest survive but you are not a part of them. Is that the case?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/22 03:26 PM
0

So if the goal is not to live and to survive, why do you exist? Why do you still live? There is, like you said, no need to survive. So why do you do it? Is it your goal to survive today?

So could it be that your environment decided your behavior? Imagine you lived in Niger and everyone around you was having 5 kids and you were the only one who had no husband or children. Use the implementation of your source code (your body and mind) to create 2 instances of source code containers that contain 50% of your code (children) (since your body cannot live forever, you have to reproduce to stay alive) What is flawed in that reasoning or why do you think it is not ones personal g…

SAHM doesn't mean that you do not need to go out of the house or that you not need to network socially. It just means having an unclear career. At many marriages in Japan, the men need to give their money to the women and they invest it on the stock market. If you look for and negotiate real estate deals as a woman in your free time as a SAHM, you also don't stay at home. I have a completly different concept of a SAHM anyways. So it doesn't fit into the 1950s thing anyways. https://m.youtube.com…

Maternal instinct" as a lot of people imagine it is mostly a myth After just a few generations, some birds pass the behavior of opening milk cartons as instincts through DNA. Probably thinks like opening a fridge when hungry or putting a foshing rod into the water are still instincts (even for people living at places thousands of km away from the next sea). I really think that the author of that link had no idea what instincts are. Instincts are behaviors like having sex, flirting, body contact …

Social security in Germany is much higher than in the US. Some people have 10 children here just living off social security without working. I know the details but one should not lose the bigger picture out of one's eyes. An example is my mom and my aunt. My wise grandma said that she does not want her doughters to study. Back as a child I thought how unfair is that. My aunt studied anyways and she is always poor. She picked an unresponsible man and ended up being alone. She is now living in my …

In Sweden, this is almost the case. Note that Sweden will have a Muslim majority by 2050. Even Swedish women sometimes prefer Muslim marriages over being married with a Swedish nice guy. They do it automatically without questioning whether their actual relationship is already fair. Many ask for equal pay even if they already receive the same pay for…

Many people are saying that the world is overpopulated like in Rome or the Weimar republic Behaviors are stored as instincts in the DNA. Those behaviors are genetic and even stem from the time where we were mammals Those behaviors never get activated in most cases but they are there. You can even activate them via hypnosis Same as the behavior for being a prostitute. Even penguins have instincts for it but not all active it

I mean the release of these unnatural hormones is genetic. I personally think that external sensoring helps with things like cooking and cleaning and raising children. If you live in your abstract dream world you will have problems realizing that a child has pooped its diapers. Since you sound like someone with experience in mbti, which attributes would you describe more fitting to a career woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 07:14 PM

Thanks for the good question. I forgot a thing. So they should have 3 children but also, they should not live as a means to an end of another entity. For example chickens have many children but they are only alive as long as humans decide to eat meat. The chicken are the slaves of the humans. So high quality children should not be total slaves but they can be in symbiotic relationship to other entities
/r/PurplePillDebate09/01/22 07:12 PM

Of course anyone can but statistically only 80%of fenale and 40% of male mammals do. A low quality child decides on her/his own to not have any children. A low quality child gets deselected by the evolutionary algorithm This sounds so cruel but I did not make this algorithm so someone else is to blame

Torontonians are objectively happier since they live longer than small-town Ontarians If you don't have the stress of bearing and raising children, of course your body lives longer. But if you count in that you are not your body but that your body is just the mere execution of a program that is written down as DNA, and your only possibly immortal value as a person is the source code of that program, this assumption is wrong. In China, if you do something wrong, not only you receive punishment bu…

I could just as easily say you had a choice to make your wife happy, since statistically mothers are less happy, and chose not to do it and now rationalize it after the fact, out of selfishness. Would you appreciate such an accusation? It is true. I decide to make my fiance less happy by having children with her in the future. I know that happiness is not the goal in life and that I won't let her die because I love her. If happiness was my goal, I would be taking drugs or I would lull myself in …

Advil exists I would have never wanted for a breeder woman to take that because of having planned anything with me since I think it is unhealthy but I guess that there is no reason to be that healthy for you Does he treat you better or do you treat him better? I can't be counted on during my period. That's just garden-variety sexism which of course I expect from breeder-type men. For example when you booked a weekend in a spa or planned to go diving, hiking or swimming or whatever. I think it is an additional point of friction of not being the same gender, so this relationship must still be something more than a same gender friendship and he must be treating you better than a male friend (maybe even like a princess) which is a sexually and gender role…

The source is a study from Graham Bell which is not public but is quoted in other studies. Otherwise, it is know under the term Lansing effect, which means that offspring lifespan decreases with advanced parental (yes, you should also not be too old as a man) age. There is one study that shows the Lansing Effect but then adjusts the data in a way that I think is statistically wrong and says that the older the mother the richer and since richer mothers have better opportunities to raise children,…

Please read again what you quoted Statistically, everyone with kids is unhappier than without This sentence means exactly what you say. Since only 50% of one's DNA survives with sexual reproduction, one has to reproduce twice. Since soem offspring die, one needs to have above replacement level fertility which is 2.1.…

Just a reality check, hormones like endorphines are drugs. The easiest way to get high of them is probably Bdsm and hypnosis. You could also do this with a female partner. At a certain point most followers of Bdsm notice that there is no difference feelingwise between a Dom female and a Dom male and the same for submissives so they describe themselves as pansexual. The funny thing is that some of the bdsm practices involve castration of the submissive partner, which even feels good for the submi…

Albert Einstein, Elon Musk, Bill Gates and some IQ 150 girl born in the last 2 years whose name I forgot all have one thing in common: having a young mother Mainstream culture tells mothers to be old. /r/PurplePillDebate19/12/21 09:03 PM

She's quite direct with communication and always immediately tells me when she doesn't like something or if it hurts in the slightest way or isn't arousing for her Also, when she comes vaginally from me fingering her, she sleeps much longer and is unable to do something after it. I doubt that she is faking that, too. Also this behavior was quite similar with my last LTR gf

There are behaviors in every persons DNA. Although you are straight, you might have instincts to be homosexual. Although you are financially well off, you might have instincts to be a prostitute. Those instincts are maybe not activated, but they are there. My hypothesis is that if I make my gf come every day, she will leave me. An argument is that she might behave like a sex addicted if I make her come every day and that female sex addicts have a hard time to stay loyal

Only having a lot of sex doesn't mean that you must be good at it. Imagine a neard who is in a LTR where he licks her every day or buys toys and tries out new stuff. And now Chad who just fucks one girl after another without even knowing words like inner labia or vulva. I think it is agreed on in many subs, that it is safe to say that one night stands do mostly lead to sex without female orgasm. Who do you think will know more about sex.

They link studies there. Also they say that they do not know whether the orgasm causes the testo spike but the testo spike is definitely there after sex.

I understand you logically but I have seen different behaviors. Women also say they want a man who pays their dinners, cooks and helps with the housework but at the end they have children from assholes

Please be respectful. Research shows that men and women who have orgasms that are masturbation-induced also experience small increases in testosterone https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.chatelaine.com/health/sex-and-relationships/five-unexpected-health-benefits-of-orgasms/&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwjau4bKqev0AhVWSvEDHTE0AW4QFXoECAMQBQ&usg=AOvVaw0HupCNuUz3pu2C9kuqJyPy Didn't read the whole link because I have seen it before in several studies and also about not masturbating induced orgasms

It is built into the hormonal system of a female orgasm. Women with many orgasms get more testosterone (deep voice) and testosterone makes women more likely to leave their partner or be promiscous

Chad is not the typical hubby or LTR material but the guy a woman dreams of at night or her charm in high school who plays football and all the girls in class would want him as a bf although he is quite a jock

The more orgasms a girl has, the deeper the voice and the more testosterone she releases. High testosterone in women leads to behavior like switching one's partner often and having a high sex drive (probably most girls with pcos can confirm)

There are probably many different definitions of the word. You didn't even get the point. Happiness is worthless. Evolution doesn't care if you have been happy or not. But evolution does care, whether you are a slave or not. There are more chickens on earth than humans, yet the evolutionary success of chickens is meaningless because they could be wiped out by humans just because they find a tastier, healthier alternative. If you can masturbate in a way that feels better than sex, why would you want to have sex? If you realize that sex is a drug, why would you want to be an addict? Because it feels good? Drugs also feel good but they are damaging to your brain, just like any addiction, what is the purpose? To reproduce? You have come along way since being a monkey and there are far more efficient ways to reproduce like donating sperm

Sex is like a glue. The better the people get along, the less glue is needed. You can even have children with IVF and without sex. People without children who never want any do not exist in a long term view so I do not understand why one should think short term or why one should make rules about things that don't exist. For things that do not exist, anything could be true

You can masturbate, watch porn or do erotic hypnosis (which gives you full body orgasms which releases more dopamin and endorphines than sex (at this point you have to watch out that you do not use it as a drug )) . Also a trans woman can provide sex to you so that is no UVP I know my thesis sounds a bit off to an emotional person but it is the truth if you just look at it logically and from an evolutionary stand point

Honesty and children. Sex, orgasm, love, endorphines all just exist to have children. When one partner wants children and the other does not, people must break up immediately. Wanting a different amount of children is the most often recited reason why relationships fail. It is harder to have a friend, since you need to compromise more. However that friend is a friend that you have for life and who will support you no matter what. About your link: Yes, they can. There is a DNA repair mechanism in every cell that fixes DNA damage which means that a single DNA damage is less severe than a mutation because the data can be recovered by 100%. But after some time when the oocytes age the repair mechanisms fail and the DNA damages accumulate. This can lead for example to trisomy 21 among others. Please Google the Lansing Effect if you do not believe me. It is well researched and documented. It basically says that advanced matern…

Male sperm is damaged by background radiation as well but it is built anew all the time. So the damage does not matter. There is no accumulation. The oocytes have DNA repair mechanisms like all cells do but they accumulate the errors. Just Google the Lansing Effect if you do not belive me. The Lansing is like gravity true for every mammal and humans are no exception to it (if they do not freeze their germ cells)

Also see this : Although both DNA damage and DNA mutation are types of error in DNA, they are distinctly different from each other. DNA damages are physical abnormalities in DNA such as single- and double-strand breaks, while a mutation is a change in the base sequence of the DNA. I would argue that old men's sperm has more mutations while old women's oocytes have more DNA damages. DNA damages can be repaired by enzymes if they are under a certain threshold. Un-repaired DNA damages accumulate in…

I haven't even mentioned alpha radiation. Lol. Beta and gamma radiation has enough energy to split atoms. It is definitely ionizing enough to break DNA. The half life of DNA is 523 years which means that only 50% of the information is intact. To create a living human you need at least 99.9% of the DNA intact.

There never was and there never will be equality. In already developed cities where the birth rate is 0.7 it is impossible to find a woman to be a good mother since she has 1000s of white knight men who are willing to be the providing father and who kiss her ass, while cooperate brainwashing tells her to stay childless until 35. My biology teacher said that this is the reason why female fertility is bound to time.
