Great story. You hear a lot about LMR around here and how to overcome it, but there is also the other side of the coin. Right before sex is when some women can expose some true colors. If that flag is red enough you need to tuck it in and bounce.

You have no idea what Fascism is. You are an idiot. You watch way too much T.V.

"Spinning plates is not an option for me because girls in my country are not as open-minded like in the US. They will quickly lose interest if they can't get commitment from you." I promise there are guys in your country spinning plates. Stop with the male hamster.

Yes, thank you. Knew I might find a voice of reason in here. Anything else is just putting it on a pedestal. Hamsters running like crazy in here.

TRP does not have a "core mission"

Listen to yourself. This is why hot blondes don't want to fuck you. No "guide" is going to help.

To be honest it sounds to me like he's actually more of an orbiter. A woman only counts as a plate if you are actually fucking them on a recurring basis.

While this is a nicely written post, seeing the frequency of these and the attention they receive is somewhat concerning. I worry that posts like this are replacing the process of reading the sidebar and top posts. TRP is not a philosophy, it does not have an agenda. It is simply a platform for men swapping notes. Like a buffet, you look things over and take what you want. Also, as a best practice I would avoid discussing TRP with your friends. While they may be your close friends now, at some p…

Good post. The hardest part of internalizing TRP for me was accepting that an LTR is just not worth the ROI. It's easier to see why a marriage is not a great option with all the content here supporting the sentiment. But being biologically predisposed to have oneitis is a bitch. Many, including myself after we begrudgingly yet fully accept the absurdity of marriage think "oh well, at least I can still have a fulfilling LTR". No. It’s just not true. You can gain some benefit but in the end you’ll…

No I just don't expect women to think and behave as men do. That is all. I wish you the best in your journey.

What's stopping her is she thinks she's found a suitable mate to provide security for her and her offspring. If you know that this is not your role in her life then just let her go. You have different destinies, just tell her. Women look to men for guidance and leadership, and sometimes this means telling them they are better off elsewhere.

She said her body count was 15...so double that. She is a slut. It also sounds like you're coming down with a case of oneitis. I would keep it pushin brotha. Good luck.

It is. But that's still usually something that should surface before she decides it's a good idea to let Raging Ronnie dump a load inside of her.

"University is an investment to get a better job down the line." Yes, but you should invest heavily in relationships with your peers to make this happen. Showing up to class, asking questions and doing the assigned exercises will not get you a job. It will also not help you forge meaningful relationships that you can leverage in the future (except maybe with your professor, but that's really hit or miss and there's tons of chicks waiting to suck his cock, so you're not really a priority). But sl…

Wow good write up, thanks for taking the time to share. It's cool that you're writing about your experience and NOT what you read on the internet. With all that being said I will say that you are just outright wrong on a few things, coming from a viewpoint of my 8 years of intense fitness training. As you progress in your fitness journey you'll look back and think: "wow I can't believe I used to think that". But anyways, the one thing you really nail is the intensity piece. Well done.

While science does hold some credibility no doubt, you don't learn fitness and nutrition from books, the internet or a college classroom. You can get ideas from these sources, but the true knowledge only comes when you try (and probably fail at first). So when I see someone going on about fitness/nutrition like they're preaching from the pulpit of modern Science I know instantly that they're not really about this life.

Great post, I enjoyed reading it and it really got me thinking. I notice you mention: "I'm in cohabitation with an LTR" Monk Mode is really a temporary MGTOW. The three core principles of Monk Mode are: -Introspection -Isolation -Improvement While in an LTR, especially cohabitation I do not personally believe that one can achieve Monk Mode. While in an LTR you have the conflict of social obligation and the dissent of outside opinion, to at least some degree. This creates quite a blurred vision (…

I understand what both of you are getting at here. You're right in the sense that TRP is not inherently against an LTR. But, the foundation points of TRP would all imply that an LTR and especially marriage are not the wisest of choices. That being said having LTRs will provide you with very keen insight into how women operate and is part of a man's fundamental growth IMO. "if she can fuck, cook, nurture, support and communicate well, if she's trustworthy and has proved it... give her a shot." Wo…

Great post. It reveals some very hardcore Red Pill truths: When a girl is truly, viciously raped, she is ruined emotionally and physically. Shes come to the realization that her most easy-to-leverage asset can be taken from her at any time. This also sheds light on the often discussed topic of women who claim to have been raped in some way, although they were definitely not held at knifepoint, and may have even enjoyed the act in the moment. Even though they were not "raped" like the woman in th…

"I'm ready to find a LTR." This is awesome. You should go find one. Practice all the stuff you have been reading on here. Practice holding your frame. LTRs are full of non-stop tests to break your frame. It's exhausting, but can have a lot of really cool rewards. After it fails you will you will develop a much deeper understanding of TRP and its theories. Your questions are good ones, but only you can find the answers. My two pieces of advice would be: She is not a special snowflake or a unicorn…

I am going to have to respectfully disagree with part of what you said here. Any type of LTR/marriage will always be a struggle or battle. Like Patrice O'neal says: you never get to just be in love with a woman, you have to constantly manage her. This is exhausting, and could easily be labeled a battle/struggle.

Ok look. Everyone here is trying to tell you to end it and you clearly don't want to. So show the "Alpha" tendency and stop giving a fuck about what other people are telling you and don't do it. Should you break up with her? Hell fucking yes. But that's not he point. Trying and failing is very important. If you just break up with her because people on here tell you to and your gut disagrees, you're gonna regret it and feel like a pushed around bitch. So try and work it out and be sure to do a fo…

You don't need a woman to validate/make you happy. Next her now. Don't wait. Just do it. Now.

Don't lose focus. Unicorns don't exist, don't forget that. Always pick yourself. You can never be afraid to walk away or show her the door, this is the source of your power in the relationship.

With all due respect, I still just don't understand why we are discussing the TRP with a woman. (RedPill Handbook p. 398)

I agree with this so much. Everyone here just needs to accept it. Don't call women "animals" or "bitches" for this. It's just a reality of the sexual marketplace. Calling women profane names out of spite is really just breaking frame anyways. Just like us men aren't responsible for a woman's happiness, neither is a woman responsible for ours. If this doctor is dumb enough to marry her, then good for her. He may learn a painful lesson, but an invaluable one at the same time.

If you are at the top of your game and enter into an LTR, it will take a while for you to return to form after your breakup. After an LTR you're gonna want some quick sex, which you can most likely find, but DON'T commit. After that go monk mode for a while and cut off all communication with your ex.

Insulin is necessary for protein synthesis. Insulin comes from carbs. You must eat carbs. And while a "calorie is a calorie" is not 100% true, it's also not a bad way to look at it.
