A woman is allowed to choose what she does to her body. Besides, the guy pleaded guilt to lesser charges, so he isn't going to "in prison for murder." That just isn't true. Not sure how you can defend this asshat.

And how are you drawing that conclusion exactly? If someone commits a sexual crime at a age of reason, which I would say by 16 you should know HOW wrong it is, they should be put on the registry. I've never once mentioned gender differences in punishments.

Are you seriously comparing the social status of men to the social status if blacks in the pre-civil-rights era? Protests are protests and they will happen regardless as long as a movement or ideology has a prominent and opposite viewpoint. Their right to protest is equally strong as our right to convene and make an assembly.
