The guys who had been married for a while where I worked all seemed to hate their lives. A lot of them openly complained about the missus, and some actively cheated while saying they loved their wife. Hearing the things they've said makes me not want to get married, or really screen the shit out of the women I date before I consider marrying.

I think RSD Jeffy actually has a program for this. You can find some of his free videos on YouTube with enough info to help with this. I used what I found to help myself, but I still struggle sometimes. Also i noticed when I go on a nofap streak my voice actually gets deeper and louder.

yea, focus on the positives more often. Tonight it was letting loose and feeling good in your own skin. Maybe next time you open a girl or 2 at a bar. You may get shot down by one and the other is so so. But you learned that opening girls requires a level of energy you didn't have with the one you bombed on. It's a marathon not a sprint.

I've actually been looking for a sugar daddy as well. Not a sugar momma cuz you know women only make 70 cents for every dollar a man makes.

holy shit dude... If she wants to talk to you she'll text you later. that's what he's saying. don't worry if she texts you or not. abundance mentality... even if you don't have it you gotta fucking act like you do.

workout, but have other hobbies you enjoy. ONLY lifting makes for a boring life, and it can grow old if that's all you do. read books other than just the ones recommended on this site. Things like "ego is the enemy" and "deep work" are great places to start. talk to more ppl. do it cuz it's enjoyable and easier to talk to random girls when you talk to a lot of random ppl on a regular basis. I don't mean in depth conversations with everyone, but just saying "How are you?" to the 60 yr old lady wa…

I was in the same boat as you with an actual job in engineering. I started thinking that I didn't want to be an engineer anymore cuz I was soooooo bored by my job. So I began looking at other majors I would enjoy. Before I actually took the step to going back to school I looked at r/AskEngineering, and this reminded me why I chose engineering. It showed me that at the core of my being I am an engineer. I'm curious about everything in this world. I'm constantly wondering how things work, and thin…

She says "You're sexy" If I was witty enough I'd respond: "Yea but what about my ass? I feel like I should do donkey kicks at the gym." Clearly I'm not the most witty guy at the bar every night, but I've said shit like this before and every. single. girl. has eaten it up. Bitches love when you tease back like this.

Yea, I think this is what OP is looking for. Also, try to make friends with the more"alpha" guys you might see daily. Law of association = you're the sum of the 5 ppl you hang with the most.

Honestly man, most of my lays have been initiated by the women. My friends will attest that my game isn't that great, but being tall and above average attraction gets me waaayyy further than I reasonably deserve. When a girl approaches me it usually isn't hard to tell if she's into you, and yes at least 100% of me like it.

Hey man good job! You got out there and approached a someone you found attractive. Probably even intimidatingly attractive. You see where you screwed up by not getting her number, and now you know what it feels like when a girl shows enough interest in you that you think getting her number is a good idea. Keeping being social and doing approaches and you'll get more experience in this. If you mess up it's a LESSON not a failure.

Mostly they already came together/met up at the bar/club. A smaller percentage of them might have known each other but just ran into each other there; and decided to stick around cuz maybe the girl had that guy she knew run game on her. Also a small percentage just met that night through friends or randomly.

If there is a 1st step to teaching anyone about TRP then it's certainly lifting with you for an extended period of time.

if Amanda Cerny's bf is bald and snagged her then as long as you're bald and have a strong looking frame then you'll be alright.

Man, it took me going thru a 4 year relationship , several lays, and another very short term relationship to actually realize what TRP stood for. But after that 1st LTR I saw the light. So it might take him a little bit of a heart break before he opens his eyes. My friend dropped some red pill truth bombs on me and I realized he was right. So drop those trp bombs when the time is right and eventually he'll come around. You just have to be patient buddy.

Before reading this I felt bad about not keeping in close contact with friends from back home. I would almost immediately stop talking to really good friends I would meet during the summer after going back to my college town. This made me understand that it's not necessarily me who isn't able to hold ALL my friends as close I did when I saw them everyday, and that it's a problem for everyone.

I noticed the same with myself, but in the end you'll be better for knowing about trp. The newbie confidence is great when you have it but you're limited to only fucking girls. TRP is about sooo much more than just fucking girls. Yea we all enjoy a warm juicy pussy, but girls are only a secondary prize. If you build yourself into a man, and reach your definition of success then women will start pouring into your life. I still have a ways to go, but this is what I have noticed in my life. p.s. yo…

I know a lot of people are giving you shit, OP. Regardless of how they think your approaches went vs. how they actually went is arbitrary.... or almost. The main take away everyone should get from this are the 3 rules for approaching. If you can improve on these then I can certainly see gym chicks becoming a source to tap into. Plus you have a small community of friends which will boosts your lifts.

That's how I've recently been. I recently joined a new gym, and I want to focus on the workout. But at some point I know a girl will be interested, or seem interested. It always happens but I've never acted upon it.

I think he means time spent with friends is more important than time spent with random girls. Although I agree with you OP, and I'd be pissed off too since it's taken you a long time to be able to approach women like you did. But you can't expect more from a person than they're capable of, and your friends certainly don't sound capable of entertaining any woman in any scenario that leads to escalation. My point: value your time with the right friends in the right scenario. Ex of this: My friends…

The hardest part of telling someone my opinion(which differs from theirs) is my tonality. I usually express it as "my opinion is different than yours bcuz blah blah blah" but I have a hard time staying grounded. It seems as though I'm trying to be agreeable and "nice" which is what you don't want to do.

My first thought after reading this was this should be a TRP thing. It's a great metric for measuring your own progress in the journey. Great job OP

Man. This literally just happened to me at the bar. She definitely smiled, made eye contact, and even stood right in front of me (turned watching the basketball game) like everyone else there. She was wanting me to talk to her and made it as easy as possible to take the opportunity, but for some reason I never said anything. I'm extremely irritated at myself, but I'm beyond the point of "learning" the clues if a girl is into me based on certain actions. Not even taking the shot is worse than get…

I completely agree with you. I was raised by a single mother and have found it difficult to shake the beta habits/tendicies she instilled in me from such a young age.

you're 6'3" which causes an automatic "i have to breed with this man" effect. I'm also 6'3" and I assume this is why some girls gravitate towards me even if I'm quite shy at times.
