| -2 | 5 Critical Steps When Asking for a First DateHow about not 'asking' in the first place? Like in step 3: 'I'm meeting some friends at X for drinks/dinner/orgy etc, you should come join'. Tell her, conveying you actually have a life outside of her (totally intended). The general gist of this post is great but asking when she's available at all isn't subtle enough IMO.
