3 things: 1) Make a STIFF drink. 3+ shots, Redbull. Sounds like a lot, but my tolerance is everest high right now. 2) Watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwCiQASnw6o 3) Listen to Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins. Then leave.

I went to one of the most academically rigorous schools in the state; people generally partied just as hard there

Your first week of college is like the NFL preseason. Hit on girls, get sloppy drunk, puke in your sleep, make all of the mistakes you don't want to make in the regular season.

I hear Rochester is where the good men are. In all seriousness though, it depends on who you look for. Some good men aren't going to have crazy game, or great jokes, but are nervous as shit. Try talking to someone you wouldn't usually talk to. Where are all the hot female bills fans?

Be ok with being vulnerable. I.E., stand your ground on your principles, admit when your wrong, don't pretend to be perfect, but also just really give a fuck if someone is being a troll.

I am not great at explaining things, but here's the gist: False confidence is similar to being cocky, and hiding your insecurity with fake confidence. It leads you to do things like attract a girl with canned statements, pua tricks, and other things. The downside is that eventually you aren't being your genuine self, and that will screw you in any type of non one-night stand relationship; also not adressing your insecurities. True Confidence is being ok with your vulnerabilities, with your flaws…

Reading it now. It teaches you to have true confidence, as opposed to false confidence. Also, it teaches you how to be successful with relationships with women, without being an asshole all the time.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
