Start with seeking employment using your degree and try to make money on the side with one (or more) of your hobbies. If you get to the point where you're making a decent amount of money and you can forecast a higher income from quitting your full-time gig and focusing on your hobby-related earnings, the decision will make itself.

Naw, reading this book didn't change a darn thing for me. I naturally gravitate towards dominant sexual partners and prefer to be a tad bit submissive sexually. A bigger concern of mine is that this book gained so much popularity even though it was terribly written. I only read the first of the series to see what the fuss was about. If you check out the self-improvement section in any bookstore, there should be some pretty interesting "dating" advice books for/written by women. Now of course this isn't a representation for how all women think, but it'll be a light-hearted and most likely entertaining way to research your question.
