I wouldn't say it's his whole ultimate purpose in life, that's up to him to decide - but that's the awful thing, it takes away his will to decide that.

FGM in its worst form is more dangerous and destructive. That's correct. It's also banned in western countries. MGM isn't.

If he does get punished for this, he could take the complaint to the principal. If they don't care, then take it to the newspapers maybe.

1/3 "Neither of the claims were negative, so what's your point?" Calling it a fake allegation is synonymous with saying "I didn't do it", which is a negative claim. It is purely a response to the first allegation calling it false, therefore it is a negative claim. 2/3 "so nothing should fucking happen as a consequence" Except in the context of rape allegations, it's very dishonest to say that nothing happens as a consequence when there's no evidence for both sides. 3/3 "Where am I presenting the…

First of all: "Neither relies on the other, they are related, but not in a consequential fashion" Absolutely not. The negative claim follows the positive claim and you can't disprove a negative claim. Burden of proof lies on those who make a POSITIVE CLAIM --- For example: "I am the flying spaghetti monster" "Prove that I'm not the flying spaghetti monster." This is impossible. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Second of all: "And there's still a state where…

An analogy of what you are doing is: You: "I saw you commit this bad action" Me: "No I didn't." (a negative claim) You: "Now you have to prove that as you made a positive claim." --- I could be dishonest and continue this: Me: "But you made a positive claim that I made a positive claim so burden of proof lies on you now" You: "But now you made a claim so burden of proof lies on you" AND SO ON --- "Positive Claim 2 = Allegation is fake" I made a mistake here. This is a negative claim. …

No. You're not understanding what I'm saying. Claim 2 RELIES on claim 1. You cannot prove or disprove claim 2. This is because claim 2 is just saying claim 1 is false. THEREFORE to prove BOTH OF THEM you resolve claim 1. Only claimee 1 can prove or disprove claim 1.

Positive Claim 1 = Rape claim Positive Claim 2 = Allegation is fake It's IMPOSSIBLE to verify positive claim 2 without first assessing positive claim 1 as claim 2 is based on claim 1 THEREFORE burden of proof lies on claimee 1

They literally admit to being sexist in their sidebar" This is a place for the heretical, godless, women of the world. We're atheism's better half. " "better half"

They'll just claim she's lying. Or turn out to be TERFs and be anti-trans. Most likely both tbh.
