One thing I've noticed is with a new partner I can never finish. On the one hand it's great, fuck for hours if we want and just fake it when I'm done. But, as soon as I actually become fully comfortable with a person I last 10-20 minutes and it's over. Never quite understood that.

/r/keto is a good sub for it. Basically toss the processed crap and eat Whole Foods. Meat, eggs, nonstarchy veggies, dark leafy greens occasionally a few strawberries. Ect I never really started dieting, I just ate until I wasn’t hungry. Thing is though I didn’t get hungry as much as normally would.

375-215 it’s not hard. What seems to be difficult is making long term changes that cause you to lose weight. Rather than going on a crash diet for quick weight loss.

Because it can’t possibly be that a distracted pilot could mean the death of everyone on board and she was causing issues before the plane could even take off.

Record everything. Get a lawyer and refuse to say anything to the police that hasn't been ran through your lawyer. You identify yourself and give basic info nothing else. They need evidence, the whole time they are talking to you the only thing they are doing is gathering evidence against you. You can held in a room for hours, don't break, don't slip. "I am evoking the fifth amendment, I will answer no questions without a lawyer present. That's the only phrase you need to say. Word for word.

The funny thing is that the more they try to censor the more vocal people become. Men's rights and anti feminist groups have already gained traction, it's decentralized so removing one part won't stop the whole, at most it gathers more people.

Imagine a stone building in a valley full of raging wind. The wind is her emotions and the building is you. You're unaffected by the emotions providing stability and a place of safety where see can let go and not have to worry.

Dude, I've been married six years, Trp is spot on in most regards. Take care of yourself, own your shit and keep a cool head, you'll be fine. You want some advice? Vet any woman or person in general you want to spend time with. There are women who aren't worth crap and that goes for men as well. Own yourself, own your shit and the rest will fall in place.

Being serious, eat low carb for a month or two. I have food intolerances that have depression as a symptom. You could be the same. If not, what do you have to lose other than a little insulin insensitively.

Go ahead and fap, after a month nofap lowers test. Increase your zinc, magnesium, cholesterol and fat intake. Start doing some compound exercises and reduce your stress levels. Get your testosterone levels checked before the changes and again after 2 months. Sometimes it's psychological or it could be low test levels. If after the changes you have low testosterone consider TRT.

I've no problem getting sex. One day I went from fucking her almost daily to not touching her in two weeks. She finally brought it up over text when I was at work. Simply said, if you're going to just lay there and close your eyes I don't see the point. Ended up taking her to a bondage shop a few days later.

Send an email about it addressing it as unprofessional behavior. Short sweet and to the point. Document behavior and maintain frame. If/when problems persist involve HR. The workplace isn't an area for chest thumping.

This is true. It's just the system is rigged. I doesn't matter who the abuser is. The man pays regardless.

And yet if a man gets glassed in the face and repeatedly assaulted he should have to pay out the ass to be free?

You were sad. Real depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain it doesn't come and go that quick.

My goal is to be respected by the man in the mirror. My best friend, worst enemy and biggest critic. My opinion is the only one that matters.

Dudes not your friend if he can't stick up for you without being asked. Friends are few and far between. Drop them, work on yourself lift and get laid. The opinions of a man dragging others down are irrelevant.

Give a fool enough rope to hang himself and he'll do the job for you. He's disrespectful to the person responsible for his current success instead of grateful for the chance to learn. Double down on your own work and stop assisting him, react only with amusement to his antics and let him destroy himself.

IBS here, intolerances to gluten, lettuce, complex carbs (beans potato ect). To much fruit or carbs in general cause horrific gas and bloating, and any form of grain aside from flax and rice will cause digestive upset.

If this is what you want then you should read up on master/slave dynamics in the bdsm community. There is nothing wrong with wanting this type of relationship but in the community there are regulations that are followed. Essentially guidelines to follow for the health and safety of both partners as what you end up summiting her to is Stockholm syndrome, their needs to be consent. M/s relationships are not something to take lightly... An example would be at the end stage of the relationship where…
