narcissism. that's the only explanation for trying to look impressive to yourself. just as one can like wearing make up, one can also dislike make up and have preferences. there's this mentality that OTHER people can't have preferences of any kind, but must respect and make concessions for the individual making the demands. this is literally doing things for others to see.

if charles manson can be held responsible for telling his followers to kill, so can she. if dude had clinical depression, and was taking psychotropic pharmaceuticals, he was basically being brainwashed.

i know! i found it quite shocking. i've had an ex say she didn't care if i kill myself, once. and it was after we broke up. it was a shitty thing to say, but understandable. this is a vampire demon bitch right here...

it can be tricky. if you attempt to help and fail, you may be more liable than if you did nothing. it's very situation dependent. say, during a natural disaster, you probably won't be held accountable since you would likely be in as much danger as someone else.

if you have pages and pages of logs, and the person is somebody you trust, and then someone has to press charges. proof still has to occur. it is illegal in 39 states to encourage (assisted suicide) someone to kill themselves. saying "kill yourself" in an online argument probably wouldn't count.

encouraging someone to kill themselves is already a crime in 39 states. also, there is a difference between saying "go kill yourself" and the campaign this girl waged against this dude. she obviously WANTED to be responsible for his death and was hoping to use "free speech" to get away with it. sure, saying it once or twice is definitely protected speech, but this appears to cross a line. also, the purpose of free speech isn't to tell people to kill themselves. but, if you want to, i encourage i…
