3	Orthodox circumcision providers in NY sometimes suck away the blood from boys penises following procedure (often performed w/out anaesthesia). Not only is there a herpes exposure risk, but how is sucking a baby's penis not paedophilia?? That's not how intent is applied in a legal sense. They intend to put their mouth on the infant's genitals, whether or not they get sexual gratification out of it should be irrelevant. So they reason if they put a cop in the position to need to kill them it's not really suicide. So yes it is possible he had a gun and pointed it at cops.
