I will try that book, thank you!! I’m currently reading mindsight and it’s pretty interesting because it focuses on how you think and how you can structure your mind considering your circumstances and emotions. Will try Codependency no more afterwards!!

Yeah I feel like it's just hard to change the mentality but I know I can do it. I will definitely be looking into going to therapy it just feels like I'm not ever sure about my decisions because I am too emotionally driven >.<

Hello!! I found this sub a few days ago and have read up and it's been incredible. Love this energy and I think its honestly been what I needed!! I have a question regarding someone I am talking to right now and the situation is kind of complicated - not sure if it's worth to continue. Where can I possible post a question?
