Height doesn't make much sense because it's not a behavior. I think a better example is, "If you reject a man for wearing eyeshadow and high heels, while you also do these things, then you are a hypocrite." It draws attention to the fact that we have different expectations for the behavior of men and women in a way that's hard to refute.

Hey, yes I used condoms always. No, I don't think this is going anywhere. You might consider taking my story as a datapoint to learn about how others think, have it change your bayesian prior about your world view, even just a little so that you can have more success in sex/relationships. It's certainly not intended as an assault on you. I wish you the best.

FYI, there's no serology test for having been exposed to HPV. There's hundreds of different strains, some of which every human has been infected with and a few of which can cause cervical and squamous cell cancers of the head and neck. Source: I'm a physician. I had been tested recently prior to this episode and had no STI's. She absolutely could have been clean, no doubt. But I calculated that [the probability of her having an STI] x [the pain it would cause me] was greater than the likely enjo…

I understand your frustration. You seem to be saying, "Look at this guys who clearly only wants sex, finds someone with a similar mindset, and then rejects them for having a higher probability of having an STI!" But I think you're conflating my actions with a frustration with how women's sexuality is viewed by society. And please consider the following: 1) I know I don't have STI's because I was tested. In particular, my serology for HSV was negative. I can't say that about her. 2) I didn't say …

I agree with you both. I don't make any judgement that this girl was low-value, or not sane. I did make a judgement that she likely had sex very frequently. I did make a judgement that she was more likely to carry HSV-2. At that point in my life, I was afraid of acquiring it, because I was worried it was going to stop the fun-train. I'm sorry if you took away from it that I thought she was low-value or not sane. I also wish we had an effective vaccine, and I wouldn't have to make judgements base…

I thought someone would say this. Of course, I want sex, and I want her to want sex. But upon realizing how quickly she implicitly said yes to sex, I reasoned that I was not that special and this likely happened nearly constantly. I love sex, and I loved sex with near-strangers. But I wanted to be safe. I don't want to slut-shame, and I hold no moral judgement on her. I just made a risk-benefit calculation that resulted in my not pursuing her further.

Bold version: "Well hello handsome. Let's see how well you can play your cards tonight." Non-Bold version: "Hi! My name is XX, thought I'd introduce myself." If you want to set a fun, dominant, sexy tone for the night go bold. If you want to guarantee a lay, I'd go with non-bold. Here's why: I once did an approach at a bar and within 20 second the girl went very direct with me, "OK mister, I know your kind. You're a bullshitter. Look, you're good-looking and I think we're gonna have our fun late…

No. The epidemiology behind the paternal age and schizophrenia relationship has been established for over a decade (one source). The DNA sequencing part is only relevant in that it pinpointed the precise mechanism behind the effect. False positive mutation calls occur at a rate of about 1e-6 in the Nature paper. The probability that the result occurred by chance isn't expressible in the number of particles that exist in the universe. But thank you for endorsing the fact that both sides contribut…

Uhhhh you guys I'm pretty Red Pill but, this guy is beyond right with respect to schizophrenia and autism. The mom has nothing to do with it. However, her age is fully responsible for Down syndrome. Here's a wikipedia page Here's a paper from Nature Here's an article summarizing in the New York Times There's a very large body of literature on this. Red pill is about accepting reality, let's be honest about this part.

You totally get it man. TRP doesn't realize that men and women are very similar, we just want to play our best hand. Putting yourself in the other person's shoes and being realistic about their intentions gives you a big edge.

This is spot on and should be upvoted for visibility in our community. We don' want to hate or blame women. We need to realize we're actually super similar but we both have different circumstances.

You are completely on point. Only guys with huge SMV can pull that sort of shit. And they'd be pulling pussy anyway. Ultimatums and all of that are more to keep your women in line than to build attraction.

Please listen to this guy. It's a game-changer when you realize being mad doesn't help anything. Always ask yourself, "What is the course of action that will bring about the greatest good for me?"

just to be explicitly clear that I think its a rather small part of the equation and not an ambiguously large factor.

Yeah, so let's be honest. Looks are really a delta function in this equation. You need to be above a certain baseline and then it really doesn't matter much. That baseline is basically not fat and no truly negative facial features and taller than her. There's diminishing returns on looks beyond that. To you younger guys calling bullshit: Girls really only care about status. Girls care much more about looks when they're younger because in high school that's the benchmark we have; no one has caree…

attraction past the age of 25 = 5 x money+ 2 x charm and intelligence + 1 x looks Edited: charm / intelligence to charm and intelligence. Meant to group the notions together.

Good except, do not learn a martial art (unless boxing). That's some geeky shit that's gonna turn a lot of girls off. reference

Why is co-parenting so bad? I'm the child of a divorce, I understand that not having two parents in the house may not be optimal, but I'd gladly accept the possibility of an amicable relationship with another parent where I can: Raise children. Not risk everything I have to the whims of a woman Continue to see however many women I want whenever I want and be able to leave at any minute without consequences. edit: forgot a word

Thanks, this is excellent. I will absolutely be hiring a divorce lawyer when the time comes. Point #2 I hadn't thought of.

Just wondering - is there a way to have kids in this system? I would actually be totally cool with co-parenting. My ideal system is where I mutually agree with some independent women who wants a sperm donor to have kids and co-parent. Don't think a lot of women would be OK with that though.

Sometimes I do. But often I prefer the aesthetic and non-spillability of the beer bottle and I don't have to waste my time waiting to order another drink if the bar is crowded.

Is it really that bad? Honestly, I'm not trying to go home with trashed girls, in fact I'm almost never a one-night closer. But I'm so much quicker and wittier when I stop after 2 drinks. At the same time, I feel more comfortable with a beer in my hand, like a prop. This is my compromise.

I'll get one beer in a bottle. After I've finished, I take it to the bathroom and fill with water. Helps to make it look like you are casually drinking while maintaining your sober edge.

OP, you are fucking spot on. Few tips that have worked for me: Don't forget to kiss well. Too often we're wrapped up in rounding bases. Make sure she knows you're in the moment with her and actively think about kissing her. Put a little feeling behind it, that moment of pause and emotional investment will pay off and make the experience much better for both of you. Whack it before the magical date. Guys, you usually have a feeling from the trajectory of a relationship when the magical night migh…

I don't think it's ever helpful to try to think in terms of impersonating a character like James Bond. You're never going to kill some bad guy trying to destroy the world then go fuck Halle Berry, all while sipping cocktails and being all mysterious-don't-give-a-fuck-cool. It's so far removed from reality, framing your reality in terms of these characters isn't useful.

This is harder than the weight thing, but keep your head up and plow forward. Also, might be worth throwing some orthotics in your shoes (and getting shoes with substantial, not ridiculous heels) to give you another inch or so. Could make a big difference.
/r/seduction24/10/12 10:57 PM

This is a badddd attitude. Approach approach approach. Don't place your better days somewhere in the future. It's not impossible to lose weight and practice approaching women, in fact the latter helps to reinforce your motivation for the former.

I also don't try to F-close first night usually. I'll typically get the number, get a drink with her (For the love of God, NOT DINNER) in the next few days and escalate there. Or better yet, text her throughout the next week and meet her out the next chance so it's still really casual and escalate. Girls have a lot of stigma against the first night I've learned.

the med school thing works really well, but you can't come out and say it. You come off pretentious, I usually give a fake, silly job. Sometimes I string it out until she figures out I'm goofing. "I'm a farmer." (I live in a city) "Oh what kind of farmer, what do you grow?" "Pot, mostly" "Haha ok, what do you really do?" "I actually just started med school" -eyes light up-
