Find out what the consent laws are in your state, and ask the advice of your lawyer, but if it a one party consent state, go miced up and or video it. Do not lose your cool. She will bait you. Meet at the police station if there is custody exchange, and try to have an officer present.

My daughter has not spoken to me since November of 2019. And I am not sure why. Went from rebuilding our relationship, to zero contact. She will flip me off when she see me in town or walk out of a store if we happen to be I the same place. I don't know what is going on or why. But I had to just let it go. And come to terms with the fact I will never have a relationship with her. I finally got her child support stopped when she would not provide proof that she was in college. I heard through the…

I can take her to court as of today, but from reading the state statutes. If she does not get me a copy of the grades for this semester, in January. Then I can have it completely stopped. So waiting a couple more months may be to my benefit. Have a phone call on to my lawyer to see.

This is so true. My ex (never married) tried to break me to the point of suicide, so she could get more from social security, than child support. My daughter has not spoken to me in three years. But I stillake my payments. 450 per month. Hoping it ends very soon, she has graduated high school and is not following the state guidelines, to prove that she is in college. Just have to figure out when the best time to take her to court.

My ex still keeps all the child support, even though my daughter is over 18,/and is entitled to it. The mom says that is her money, and not the child's. And I am always the bad one.

I have zero contact with them for year's. It is tough, small community. I have a public job, I work as a paramedic. Alot of anger issues over it, and therapy is helping.

My child's mom (never married), deliberately tried to break me mentally, so I would. She wanted to collect Social Security Check, as it was much larger than the child support I was paying. She would threaten me with *I am going to accuse you of molesting her." She would call up family and tell them I was into child porn, I was abusing them, that I never gave her any help. Ask them for money. I had to send an Aunt copies of cancelled checks. She denied me access for year's, and worse denied my mo…

Watch out for women, looking for you to fix all of their problems. Emotionally, financially, and spiritually. I wish I had learned my lesson sooner, and stayed single.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
