Totally, good point. I especially hate when people believe in things like that because it just denies women agency too

But men being stronger than women is just on average and can’t be generalised to all men. And what if the woman has a knife? No muscle will stop that. However some of these people seem to like generalising all men...

It’s rooted in a belief that men can’t be traumatised or feel emotions and shouldn’t be scared of women because men are stronger.

There are a lot of women’s shelters it there for battered women that accept homeless women as well. Not so much for men. Also women who are homeless tend to have kids with them as well
