I plated her for six months. She still wants me so sometimes I go to her place and fuck her. I actually think it's funny that her brain works the way it does.

This is true. I'm 5 10, was out with a 5 2 girl who proclaimed me to be short and bizarrely she wasn't joking.

This is true, many guys get butthurt that girls have preferences other than them. It's the ego at the core. That said society as a whole does shame men about preferences more often. For whatever reason womens preferred are deemed noble. I think this is what OP is getting at.

Different colors could work. I simply divide the square for each day into quadrants. Top left = morning routine, top right = meditation, bottom left = porn, bottom right = coffee. Down to personal preference tbh. I like the idea of redoing famous speeches, may give it a try in front of a mirror.

I have found it great for work. My office is filled with bluepill men and a few women. One of these women is attractive. Hot for 40yo, but I'm much happier with early 20s girls personally, so I'm not too fussed about her. The guys in my office orbit her. Almost every single one. I didn't notice this until I analysed our conversations. I thought her popularity was because she was just a nice person. The truth is she never has anything of value to contribute but would always be the centre of atten…

Yes, they are handwritten. The idea stemmed from something I read about Benjamin Franklin, who did something similar (he was focused on being a "good" man though, I am focused on something more self centred I must concede). It only takes 10 minutes or so. I do miss the occasional day admittedly. Sometimes write the analysis in work (have to be careful), mostly at night. Like lifting results are slow, but within the first six months there will be significant social skills gained. Looking forward …

I didn't intend it to come across like that. In fact I was encouraging everyone specifically to lift as it is essential. You learn about dedication, commitment and consistency of effort, you improve your health, confidence and skyrocket smv. My point being it isn't something most people relate directly to social skills, though it does improve appearances.

Tbh if you're in a serious ltr I wouldn't go too hard with the approaching women thing unless you're having issues and think she needs replacing. Most guys here are single/spinning plates so its a different story. Nothing won't with partying with friends and a bit of light flirting with women regardless, get that guilt out of your mind.

I log any interesting or notable interactions. On average maybe 2 per day. Write a bit about the event and anything notable about my own or the other persons body language/behaviour/thoughts. After this I bullet point the key points for mental reinforcement. This slowly awakens useful awareness when you are in social situations. That being said you can change it whatever way you want. Focus purely on confidence and rate how confident you were in an interaction out of ten. This will get you pushi…

Tbh I found some good nuggets in that book, but its written terribly. The author is quite self indulgent rather than being effective.

You can be angry about how unfair the game is, but you'll be a lot better off accepting how the game is and making the most of your situation.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
