2	Guys diagnosed with depression did it affect your seduction skills? Ptsd has greatly hurt my seduction. I feel socially awkward, unwanted and have a great deal of anxiety. I lift daily, and it helps to some extent, my diet is excellent, and I take my antidepressants and i do my counseling. Sometimes, you can do everything right, but it just kinda holds you from spiraling, not thriving and living your life.
