5	Not sure if this the right sub, question about Abstinence. Did not mean to cause such a debate on this thread. I am still a bit confused but do plan on re-abstaining. We both acknowledge sex as a “Big Deal” and are even active in our church, small groups (he’s even a leader of one) and we’re currently completing the cover to cover plan. What I’ve noticed is that a lot of times in the Bible a marriage came when two people “took” and “knew” each other (had sexual relations). So that’s also the view I have been taking. 2	Not sure if this the right sub, question about Abstinence. Thank you for your thoughtful response! It’s very encouraging to know that through Christ this is possible. We’re both in the end stages of our undergraduate careers but both plan on post-grad schooling (he’s going to medical school, I’m a little unsure but do plan on a masters program at least).
