after a quick search to see the difference in nba and wnba. the men play more than double the reg season games 34(40 min)vs82(48 min) games totaling to 3936 min for men and 1360 for women. now if you were to include the playoffs whcih women play 3 rounds best of 5 and men 4 rounds best of 7. if the team were to sweep the playoffs the womans teams would have logged in 432 minutes compared to the mens 768. that is a lot more work being done here. how can anyone justify the same pay?
