That's true; and I do like BBC World News from time to time. However, for the most part I can usually just read the articles on the net.

"We used to not be fair to women on this issue, now we're on the other extreme, not being fair to guys." .. What. While I agree situations weren't fair before, and rubberbanding happens, but they turned around and broke the constitution. Extreme is an understatement for what they are attempting to do. Who in their right mind thought this would fly in the US? While I agree a lot is up to interpretation, innocent until proven guilty is pretty fucking clear.
