For the most part, the sexes have differences. Everyone knows this. Evolutionary biology explains this. It doesn't mean anyone has to behave a certain way, but this is the elephant in the room no-one talks about. We should all have equal opportunity and fairness, which noone dissagrees about. That's equality. However we should be explicit about the differences in gender, accept it, and not try to pretend it doesn't exist. [apologies- sort of tagging on to top comment]

This was a case that shook up the entire university; The police could find no evidence to file charges, yet the school expelled the players. In fact evidence suggested it was consensual, and the accuser was allowed to finish school and also received a settlement. The falsely accused need to bring about lawsuits like this when they do not get due process. This stuff should be handled by courts of law. This is what should happen when a university tries to create courts of their own.

It's not really about the app. It's about having evidence that you wouldn't otherwise have if a case were to be presented. No a video recording is not incontrovertible evidence of consent, but it is much better than without it when a crazy false accuser lies.
