You can lose the friendship two ways: 1) She says "no" and now you've gone from just being a "guy friend" to a "guy friend who wants to fuck me". Granted, she probably already thinks this if she is easy on the eyes. But if your friendship shows signs of weakening, it'll be attributed to the fact that "I didn't fuck him", in her eyes. 2) She says "yes" and the two of you have great FWB sex. One person may wind up meeting someone and getting into a relationship, thus ending the FWB. It's really ha…

I enjoy building my own furniture and fixing things. Also, I'm a plumber. Women seem to like guys that are good with their hands and know how to use tools.

Then talk to the friends as well, but always come back to her... Make small talk. Ask them where they're coming from, talk briefly about something you're looking forward to doing that day.

The next time you run into her, steer the conversation into a direction about food. Ask her what she likes, and then go for a: "My friend told me about this place called (insert name here), we should go check it out sometime!" *** Obviously make sure you know that the place in question has the food that she is talking about.

Is it worth it, yes! However, you'll only learn/take something away from it if you communicate as openly as you can. Seeing her just for a quick fuck, and then leaving (physically and mentally) isn't going to get you ahead - but if you keep the avenues of communication open, the two of you will absolutely learn from each other.

The couple times that you've spoken to her previously, what did you talk about?

Just remember that the majority of the people you meet, you'll probably never see them again, so use that as your motivation to get out there and take chances. I went to Cancun this summer and met a girl from Scotland. We went out at night, partied, drank our faces off, skinny dipped, fooled around, and watched the sun come up on the beach with her in my arms. To me, that's what being single on vacation is all about.

You friend sounds like a pretentious snob who's probably a shitty lay.

Great advice. To put it in a one liner; Give her something to miss, and she'll want more.

I am looking for a serious relationship. Imagine going on a first date with a girl who seems really cool to the point where you can picture yourself being in a relationship with her, or at least wanting to go on more dates with her. I'll be honest - this makes you sound desperate. I understand you're looking for something serious, and there's nothing wrong with that, if that's your end goal. But, if you approach every date and picture yourself in a LTR with that person, you're setting yourself u…

On the same note - bending your plans to accommodate others. Being unavailable sometimes isn't a bad thing.

I'll upvote you because I'm all too familiar with the exception you must be thinking of. An ex-gf would NEVER initiate tongue, lip biting, or anything passionate. After a while it was just kissing in it's plainest form.

For fucks sake, never initiate tongue. That's her job - follow her lead.
