| 2 | Can someone in the comments explain how this works?We talked about this in a SOC class once and basically what my prof said was that, regardless of whether or not it was the right thing to do, legally, the male is usually charged in this situation because they think that if he was drunk enough, he wouldn't be able to get an erection.
