And I'll add some nonsensical stuff about how jews and muslims don't get pig medications (wtf?). If this is what you undrstood from Would the exemption…extend to employers with religiously grounded objections to (...) medications derived from pigs then maybe you should read the whole thing again, this time more carefully. She is not referencing "pig medication" but medication that has parts made from pig (like "pills coated with gelatin"), which isn't kosher, meaning e.g. religious jews could po…

From what I can see this community is big enough to contain both of those things. I've read quite a few objectionable field reports and advice pieces, but I've also seen a lot of what you're saying. Any subculture or movement is going to have extremes or parts one personally doesn't agree with, but that doesn't mean those things aren't a part of the subc./movm.

I know they say that, but I really don't think that's the case here. I'm crazy introspective, and by this point in my life I have myself figured out quite well. Anyway, the things that made me interested (besides the way they looked) in the last two guys I hooked up with aren't things you can fake - one was the only guy in my approximate age range at the party and the other was from Ireland. Plus, I don't know where good game crosses over to having an interesting personality that I click with. P…

This is just me, but that's never worked. I can't build attraction - only pretend attraction born out of horniness or almost attraction that I know could never really work, because I have tried in the past and it always ended badly. I feel like this whole PUA thing is so foreign to me because I don't need to be 'picked up'. I'm either already there and then it's just a question of time and whether the other person is interested or I'm not, and then no amount of whatever is going to change my min…

I'm a girl, I was commenting on the part I quoted, sorry if it wasn't clear. I was just saying that I can't identify with that quote, because I do subject myself to someone if I'm interested, even at a bigger party.

Okay, I guess I just don't do that. If someone interests me I find ways to go back there and talk to them. And in the context of hook-ups especially, if that interest isn't there by first glance, it's not gonna happen. It's just that depending on how horny I am my standards can vary a lot. But yeah, this is just me, so I get what you're saying.

I think that a lot of times we tend to think that the things we do and the reasons we do it make a lot of sense and are, I guess you could call it, logical, while other people act in ways that are harder to understand, since no-one is a mind reader and we don't know what sort of thought processes lead to that decision/behaviour. That's when we turn to well-established schemas, which in the case of women is that they act more based on emotions than logic. Disc.: I know that in this subreddit the …

Girls by default won't subject themselves to you if they have a choice. Can you please elaborate what you mean by this?

I just... have no words. Maybe because my puny female brain can not comprehend such complex issues or understand arguments based on cold hard facts instead of emotions. Who knows with women, right? I mean even my general motives in life are extremely simple! My mental monologue usually looks like this: Hmm, it was such a great idea to wear this skirt, it's so awesome how every guy is now feeling uncomfortable, but hell, they deserve it, how dare they think they can have me, pathetic little betas…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
