The pill is not even 100% when taken correctly. Were you using condoms? Were you providing birth control on your end? Were you trying to prevent a pregnancy? It takes two to make a pregnancy, it takes two to prevent one. It’s a shit fucking thing she did, real fucking asinine and bat shit crazy but come one man. Don’t put yourself in a position to be a victim.

1) You weren’t “tricked” either one or both of you weren’t using birth control. Sex makes babies. It is known. 2) If she coerced you into parenthood, you gave up your rights AND you’re still are paying child support, you had a shit attorney

Men don’t know their rights yet loudly complain. Typical. 🤦‍♀️ I’m not responsible for your gross misunderstanding regarding your rights. Look them up.

There is literally a sentence that states: “A parent may also voluntarily give up their parental rights.” You should try reading more carefully. Also I’m not responsible for teaching you about your own rights. Look them up and educate yourself. Yes, the laws are completely unfair and sexist.....because of the sexist stereotype that women are better caregivers. Parental courts seem to be the only place where men are victims of the very sexism patriarchy enforces but are too dense to realize it.

I literally posted a link to a legal website that explains the option of terminating parental rights. While that case you mentioned is absolutely horrifying and obscene it is more likely an outlier regarding this situation and that decision handed down was due to a single judge. Also the reason men get shafted in the courts when it comes to child support/visitation/custody is because of the sexist stereotype that women are better caregivers than men which is absolutely not true at all.

Men can give up their parental rights in court 🤷‍♀️ they don’t have to pay child support if they’re not legally the child’s father Edit: Since the posters below me seem confused on what their rights are here is the link It’s completely baffling how little people understand when it comes to their rights. Consent to sex doesn’t not equate consent to pregnancy or parenting. Abortion, Adoption and Termination of parental rights is a valid right and option for both men and women Also men if you don’t…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
