Being good looking is hard work. It's super hard unless you are blessed. But it's not impossible. Almost every looks deformity today can be fixed. I have been both good looking and ugly and I can tell you that when I approached being good looking girls greet you with an open smile and loving eyes and when you do it when you are ugly they ignore you or are rude. The solution to your problem is to get fit (Ideal BMI and low body fat percentage). Lose weight. Count calories and macros (eat the same thing every day to make this happen) and lift weights/play sports. Forget girls/friends for a while (a year), and make "becoming fit" your goal.
