What is there to debate. You think it is ok to be sexist and racist and I don't.

I think you just discovered sexism bro

Once you decide to engage with what I said instead of fighting a different argument I will be here.

You are confusing can with should. So all men are rapist until proven otherwise because a group of men rape?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/25 01:36 AM

Getting rid of gender roles for women doesn't get rid of gender roles for men. Women still overwhelmingly expect a man to be a provider. In fact her earning money increases the amount of money she expects her boyfriend/husband to make.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/25 01:28 AM

Again, not in western countries in 2025 for people under the age of 60. Please stop pretending that only men have financial pressure to provide for themselves and/or their family. It's plain wrong. You are the one that is wrong. Men are still beholden to their gender roles.

Even if we believe they do in fact decline dates for safety reasons, they are accepting dates with more dangerous men. The more partners a man has the more likely he is to engage in sexual assault and rape.

Loaded question. It is weird to have feelings on an entire group of people based upon an immutable characteristic.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/25 05:45 PM

Nice move of the goal posts.

You have to redo this. Your edit sees your flaw. Because the clear answer is 1 and her role is your asexual partner that helps you get your sexual needs met elsewhere.

One person is not better than the other. When did I say that? The term “good enough” is very charged, and implies something is deficient. That is the same with not compatible. I have preferences in life for people, cars, jobs, food, etc. That something isn’t my preference doesn’t mean it’s not good or not good enough. Means it is not good to be in your life. This is a micro thing not a macro.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 01:29 PM
1

And it’s not a case of not being good enough. It’s not being compatible enough. That is the same thing. You are not good enough for a relationship with that particular person.

I will give you the most details I can. Background: This is a seasonal worker that was here for the second time. So we know each other a bit already. This year there had been some light back and forth flirting. There were times I had to correct her behaviors( like wearing headphones on the floor). She once asked what I thought about her nails. Told her they were too dull. She also came to me about what to do when her belly button got infected after a piercing. My intention: Was to show a bit of …

Kinda seems like basically doing anything on top of the things that are over the top like stalking. If I gave you a real world example form myself, would you tell me if it was simping?

I think it is fine to use the fish analogy as long as you include bi and gay women. It may not be the best advice that will map on to you but you should be able to get some ideas.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 05:58 PM
2

You made that point but is it not your main point. It is that your worth is not tied to a single rejection, if you think it is there is a problem with your thinking, and a rejection form a romantic relationship doesn't mean you are not good enough because it could be other factors like incapability in long term goals. Now state mine.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 05:29 PM
1

I do enjoy this fun game that you've conjured up It was you by arguing against a straw man and then derailing the debate after being called out for saying men's feelings are invalid. So until you can properly tell me what my position is, you have lost this debate.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 05:14 PM

Who is "us"? Us is me and the other people reading.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 04:49 PM

You are arguing against my position but can't even tell us what that is.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 04:30 PM

You still have not stated my position.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 03:54 PM
2

You can't even state my position correctly.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 03:38 PM
2

why then is a man "crushed" to hear that this particular person doesn't want a relationship with them then? Because it is a person who they deeply care for and want to be with. Seems like these men are being awfully sensitive if just one person saying they're not interested is "crushing." Sorry that you don't think men's feelings are valid.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 03:30 PM
4

It means, in several cases, that our personalities/long term goals do not align. That means they were not good enough for a relationship with you. Worth for a relationship with you doesn't affect their overall worth or their worth for a relationship with a different person. This is not a hard concept to get.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 03:12 PM
3

A person that actually knows you and is single not wanting to date you means you are not good enough for a relationship with that person. This is not about a person's overall worth as a person. If you were good enough they would want a relationship with you. A random person that you just met not wanting to date you is different.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 01:52 PM
2

And it makes your answer to my questions very clear. Have a good day.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 12:38 PM
5

It is the same exact subject. It always was. It is some women's refusal to acknowledge men's feelings on the subject. You pretending not to know what those feelings on this subject are is very telling.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 12:24 PM

Just going to ignore the explanation I gave and not answer my original questions.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 12:17 PM

It is said every time this topic comes up. Demand has been said here. You start as friends then over time develop romantic feelings because the woman shows all of her positive traits. You go to see if she is also interested. She rejects you. You are being told you are not good enough for her. You are crushed. Now possibly this woman and other women want you to stay around the person you have feelings for and told you you are not good enough. Let's leave out all the times where some women are bad…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/25 11:35 AM

Why don't men's feelings matter and why are they not valid?

Remember we are talking about the context of dating, not just meeting a new person. Plus I have never seen a woman use the word ambition to mean anything other than makes a lot of money in the context of dating. I am ambitious about completing my mount collection in world of warcraft, but don't think op is going to be like great he has ambition.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/25 09:34 AM
3

The issue here is timing. If one of the first questions you ask is about a job or finances, you look like a gold digger and will be treated as one until proven otherwise.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/09/25 05:42 PM
2

This has nothing to do with the specific actions I am calling out. If you want to talk about the ok.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 09:42 PM
2

Good thing that the avg relationship doesn't deal with these expectations Sure is. I would never say they do.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 08:08 PM
2

When you are trying to say it is not a transaction relationship it is. If you say it up front it is not. So a sugar relationship would not be a moral failing because both parties understand and agree to the terms.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 07:55 PM
1

When did I say the average woman was doing these things? I am just saying that doing these things is a moral failing.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 03:45 PM
2

It is that some women will say a man has a bad character trait as a reason to not sleep with a person instead of just saying they are not attracted to them. I use the example of nice vs push over because it happens often in these situations. Very few people are pushovers. The moral failing here is painting a person in a bad light to justify not wanting to sleep with them instead of being honest.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:51 PM
4

Thank you for missing the entire point.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:33 PM
0

The question was never about the prevalence of the actions (not even in the op). And I keep my point to the individual doing the action. Me and op never talked about the rate at which the actions take place. You jumped to a conclusion.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:20 PM
3

This is a straw man Thank you for pointing out your own problem. An individual morally fails. You can group people together that have the same moral failing but a group like women can't all morally fail because they are women.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:04 PM
6

It is post hoc most of the time. They decide they don't want to sleep with them because they are not attracted to them. But instead of saying that they attack the person's character. Like saying the nice guy is a push over instead of just being honest. Not saying this happens often.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 01:01 PM
3

I am only saying that is a moral failing on those women. It is only a problem so as that moral failings are not good. That is it. I am sure it is a very tiny group. Only talking about it because that is the topic op brought up.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 12:57 PM
2

the choice is based on materialistic things Like? Money, homes, vacations, cars, clothes, jewelry, and so on. This is on the idea of having a relationship. Not have a transactional agreement. and/or you expect to get the treatment of a partner but don't want to give that treatment to your partner. I don't actually.know what you're referring to here. You want to be treated like a gf/wife but treat your partner like a roommate or caregiver.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 12:48 PM
4

We are talking about the individual woman here. A group based upon an immutable characteristic can't be moral or immoral. So a single woman not wanting to sleep with you doesn't make you a bad person. We see this used as an argument all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 12:42 PM
1

Yes I have. I got them at Bear look going on.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 12:30 PM
1

It is nice but not a deal breaker if they are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 12:29 PM
3

Here is the problem. You have two things where the reward is the same but one comes with additional obligations. The one without the additional obligations is better.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 12:02 PM
39

The moral failing is not with not wanting to sleep with some men. The moral failing comes when you say all the men you don't want to sleep with are bad people, the choice is based on materialistic things , and/or you expect to get the treatment of a partner but don't want to give that treatment to your partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/09/25 11:44 AM
2

Women think being nice equals doormat. So they say that being a doormat is the problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/25 02:15 PM
3

You clearly don't know what empathy is.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/25 01:43 AM

That doesn't help your argument at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 04:26 PM

Universities and colleges are different things. Colleges are state entities.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 04:19 PM
1

They are the state and must not deny your civil rights. Which was happening.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 04:14 PM
3

It would be the sixth amendment.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 04:06 PM

But they had hearings and denied the constitutional rights of the accused. Plus state schools are government entities. They don't get the lee way that universities get.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 04:03 PM

It can't be hypocrisy if you don't know those exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 03:58 PM
8

And they did break the law.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/08/25 03:54 PM

No. Plus I believe she falsely accused two men of sexual harassment.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/08/25 02:19 PM

Doing something for yourself and the same thing for another person are different things. You don't get it because you are selfish.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 09:32 PM
22

It shows the person is caring, thinks about others, and willing to put effort in.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 08:37 PM
1

Never said it didn't matter. it just needs to be low on the list of priorities. If your criteria is tall and makes 100k. It is bad. It doesn't tell you about the person. If you have two people of equal value in other areas and height is the only difference, go with what you find more physically attractive. Don't pick the worst person for a relationship because they are taller. I would take an obese woman (seen as ugly here) with all the personality traits I believe work in a relationship over th…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 03:21 PM
1

In general no. But that would be covered by other traits and the fact they make a person attractive to me. I also never said to disregard looks. Just it is on the lower end of the priority list. Hit the bare minimum and you are good.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 03:03 PM
2

That is dependent on what they are looking for. For a hook up or a fling: no. A relationship: yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 02:54 PM
3

It is on the low end of the priority list. It would not override all the other factors I think about.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 02:12 PM
3

How come it doesn't attract women? The women are using bad criteria and proxies. So height is a bad criteria because it doesn't say anything about character. Income is a bad proxy because it doesn't indicate generosity. No as a general rule I don't think women are meeting a generous man and saying they can't date him because he doesn't make enough. But they will not give a man with a low income a chance to show generosity.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 01:36 PM
7

It is not about a conspiracy. But the enrollment in college has flipped from when it was a problem that less women were in college. This is just a consequence of that flip.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 01:24 PM
3

they have more criteria The criteria they are using is flawed. So they want a generous men. They use how much a man makes as a proxy for that. The flaw is that just because you have money doesn't mean you will share it. The point of my questions is why men on par with them are not seen as options? Because the women are using flawed proxies and criteria in the selection process. This removes average men that have the qualities for a good relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 01:16 PM
1

That is one strategy. But that has no bearing on whether either party has the traits needed for a good relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 01:05 PM
4

Is there no benefits in dating a man who is on par with them? I think that that is the wrong question to ask. The right question is does this person have the qualities to make a relationship work. So for example: generosity. Also, wouldn't you want to date a woman who is better than you? I want to date a woman that wants to be in a relationship. That means they are willing to put in the effort and have the qualities that are conducive to making a relationship work.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 12:45 PM
10

They want a man that is better than themselves. So if you are average an average man is not enough. Couple that with the fact women are getting more degrees than men. You end up with average men that would be good partners being left behind.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 12:32 PM
3

Then that would not be cheating. The question specifically was about if he cheated on you. Cheating is contextual to the relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/25 09:29 PM
1

So you are going to avoid the question?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/25 09:13 PM
10

Also men are more likely to feign interest to gain access to sex, They can do that when they approach. What is the difference?

You bringing up weird, irrelevant examples asking if it's abuse is intentionally disingenuous on your part. You know exactly what I mean. Neither of your examples are abuse. Nor is ghosting. Some women have said all those things are abuse. So knowing the definition of abuse they are using is very important. Your flare is blue pill but nothing you say matches up with being blue pill. I figured abuse was pretty straight forward. Physical, verbal, financial abuse...are abuse. We need a definition to see what are the limits. There are people that claim abuse but it really was they did thing I don't like. So is telling a partner they can't wear something outside abuse? Would telling a partner that can't masturbate to porn abuse? I don't think a meritocracy is misogynistic at all Good take. Are you sure it wasn't just some random woman who made that claim? Bad boys implies danger. Implies criminal. Implies abusive. I don't agree with the last one it would have to be abuse towards her not just in general. You still have not established what you are considering abuse. Is ghosting abuse? Prior to feminism, men always got the position even if they were less qualified than their female counterparts. This doesn't have any bearing on what system should be in place now. I don't want men that didn't earn their positions in those positions. I want a meritoc…

Women only go for bad boys, it's their fault" or "Women only choose Chad's so it's their fault he cheated/is a shit father". Those don't imply abuse. So what definition of abuse are you using. What do you mean feminism is focused on equity? Do you have examples of this? I don't know any feminist who would support putting a woman in a position she didn't earn. I certainly do not. Wanting a quota for women CEOs or public office. Having a quota implies that some level of men who earned the position…

How can it have ideals if it is just poking holes in red pill theories. Do you believe the 80/20 rule? That only applies to online dating. Off dating apps you need to hit the minimum a woman has to have a foot in the door. That minimum is different for different women but there are things that help to cast a wide net. Do you believe women enjoy being abused? No. I also have not seen redpill say they do. Lets be real there are some people that will put up with abuse because they think what they g…

How? You asked me if I kept the same energy for women. It ONLY has to do with gender. Your gender is irrelevant. That said, women calling men losers or incels is not them trying to change them for the better LOL. It is shaming them to change their behavior. That change could just be leave me alone. It is clear to me you don't want to have a good faith conversation about this. Have a good day.

Why does it have to be the same situation. You only asked me if I called out women for bad behavior equally. In the context of the situation being discussed. I am blue pill. Sorry that I like to use and see evidence. Women don't whine about their dating troubles like men do. Yes they do. Look at all the articles of where have the good men gone or the tik toks. https://www.nytimes.com/2025/06/20/style/modern-love-men-where-have-you-gone-please-come-back.html I recent one. I never blame women for not sleeping with people. You made that up, in relation to me. The problem is a guy might answer with physical violence. And physical violence is worst than verbal violence. So it is ok to blame the victim of verbal abuse because they could move to physical violence. You proved my point, if that is what you are saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 04:17 PM
1

It happens all the time with verbal abuse. Is verbal abuse not abuse when done to a man?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 04:07 PM
1

It is a straw man . I never compare the two, you did. I would go with this. Man abuses woman. The man bad. Woman abuses man. What did man do that made her abuse him.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 04:01 PM
0

That did not compare the two things you said. It was a general statement. So where did I compare the two.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 03:55 PM

Where did I say they were. You are fighting a straw man (at least in relation to me).
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 03:39 PM

You seem to be projecting that on to me. Not sure I have not shown sympathy towards people that deserve it. Also empathy and sympathy are different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 01:41 PM

So you don't have a real argument that my explanation is bad or is only applied to one side. You just don't like the example I used. Have a nice day.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 01:25 PM

My explanation was gender neutral. It was my example that was not. So where in my explanation did I say this is only happening to men?

What is happening here is people want empathy when it applies to them. The second they are asking to show empathy they make any excuse to not give it. It is very clear man blames women, he is bad. Women blames men, it is their fault and they have to do better.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 12:26 PM

Do you keep the same energy with women?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/25 12:20 PM

That doesn't change the fact that the women were all going after the same men.

They would have to be true threats to be illegal.

The doxxing they did on the app was legal. Defamation never is.

In the US it is. Every man at 18 gets the card in the mail.

/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 05:46 PM

It would not be conscription if it was voluntary. I would ultimately be fine to have it for both or none. Ideally it would be none and we would have incentives to get people to sign up.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 05:08 PM

The real question here is: Do the kids want to do these things or are the parents forcing them to do them? If you are going crazy and are overworked because you are forcing the activities the solution is easy. Now I have no clue how often that is happening.

No additional rights. I would be open to incentives being given to women that do give birth.

The right to vote for men comes with the duty of signing up for selective service. The right to vote for women comes without the same duty.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/25 03:42 PM

No. Equal rights have to come with equal duties. And having an equal chance doesn't mean an equal outcome. I find that feminism today wants rights with none of the duties and equal outcomes.

I don't think body count is all that important. It is more about how a person treats you and how they got the body count. I don't think women with tattoos and piercings are defiling their bodies. I actually find it hot. Dating a single mother doesn't mean you are a cuck. 50/50 relationships are fine and can work if that is what both people want. There is more if you have questions.

The issue is many women call out men for this behavior (like you have) but don't call out women for the same behavior. We see posts here from the other side of the topic but I don't see the call out. This is not a gender war thing. It is a consistency issue. The other thing I noticed in this debate is the assumption that men's choices are not also shitty. Shitty for different reasons but still shitty. So women have a slight advantage based on Volume but that comes at the disadvantage of more tim…

You see it as a metric, I see it as a pattern. That is the same thing in this context. more often than not it shows they're not as involved as the other parent who knows all the teachers names It doesn't show that either. It at best could show less involvement in a single area but not totally involvement. I choose to believe in the experience of someone who literally worked at a school And I am sure they knew everything about the involvement of the parents in all parts of the child's life. You a…

What would genuinely be nice to a woman look like? What would being a simp look like? Is there any overlap between the two? How do you tell a man is not genuinely nice? What are the low standards you mentioned? What is a dysfunctional woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 12:37 PM
0

It is not a good indication at all. And you are using your life experience to say it is. You can be involved in your child's life and not know the teachers name. It is an arbitrary metric. You are 100% implying that they are bad fathers. Sign of lack of involvement= less to no involvement= bad parent. But it is a bad metric to use.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 12:24 PM
0

My husband knows all of our kids teachers because he’s involved and helps drop off and pick up, attends parent meetings, attends events if he’s able to, etc. You failed to see the point I was making. It is not that he knows the name, it is the involvement that matters. That is my whole point. If he did none of those things but knew the name of the teacher would you say he was a good parent?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 12:14 PM
1

Your father is a shit father. But to say all or most fathers are shit because of an arbitrary metric is stupid and borderline sexist.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 12:10 PM
1

It is irrelevant.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 12:07 PM
-4

If you are waiting for correspondence from a teacher to help your child with school you already failed. You should already know areas your child is having a hard time with and be working on helping them overcome it.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 11:25 AM
1

No they don't. You can know a teacher's name and never help the child with things like homework. And the person that helps with homework but doesn't know the teacher's name is more involved than the opposite. So it is arbitrary. Who is helping with homework and who is teaching the child things outside of school is far more important. And by the way the answer to both should be both parents.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 11:22 AM
1

They don't tell anything about how you parent.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 11:17 AM

Knowing the name of a teacher is arbitrary and irrelevant. How you help your child with learning is relevant.

Guess you didn't look at the chart.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 10:54 AM
-6

Why do women always choose arbitrary and ultimately irrelevant things as markers of a good parent?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 10:49 AM
1

So according to your study both parties are putting in about the same total effort just differently divided. And that has not changed. So if you agree women are not putting in more total effort, I could agree women do more of the parenting effort without having to go through the details.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/25 10:43 AM
1

Some times they bo post them but they don't show what they think it shows. For example there was the study of body count vs BMI. It was claimed that it showed fat dudes got just as much sex. But it fails in that. BMI doesn't distinguish what type of mass, just that it is there.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/25 01:37 PM
2

You are just stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/25 11:47 PM
5

It always is. They never attack the point you make. It is always what some undisclosed group people that just so happen to have a very easy argument to win against.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/25 11:43 PM
5

Can't even keep your own posts straight.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/25 11:33 PM

No because she is 30 years older than me.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/25 11:20 PM

They are. Because good men will not share those traits with people that don't appreciate them.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/25 04:55 PM

So women do entertain them. If they date the toxic man but leave after a bit. You should rethink your argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/25 11:16 AM
2

You have to use the right words then.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/25 04:00 AM

Your statement : women are amazing. There are no qualifiers in that statement. So that means all women.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/25 03:43 AM

Nope you just don't understand how words work.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/25 03:32 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 07:04 PM

Thank you for your answer.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 05:55 PM

By that logic men can (as in it is ok) to have the exception of sex if they pay for a date because it is all relevant to himself.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 05:54 PM
5

For me, a man paying for a date gets him no different treatment than if he didn't pay. Can you describe what that treatment is?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 05:40 PM
1

Thank you for your response.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 05:37 PM
1

Ok. So like rude or aggressive. And not like this person talked about a hobby I didn't like for 20 minutes.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 04:55 PM
2

What would be the criteria for a bad date?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 04:12 PM
5

You didn't say that in your answer to my question. So it is reasonable to believe you didn't think that was a responsible expectation to have. That doesn't mean anything about what women are doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:53 PM
7

I am assuming that the date was at least ok. That is all. I am not making any assumptions on what women are doing or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:42 PM
8

You could have said that in the first response. Does your question specify his behaviour on here? It doesn’t. It doesn't. But why do you jump to the negative?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:37 PM
0

Reasonable.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:34 PM
2

You seem to be side stepping the question. Do you believe it is a reasonable expectation? I am looking for your answer not mine.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:34 PM
8

It’s not my job if you date rude people That's not the question asked. but thanks for adding a thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:32 PM
1

And that is it ok.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:27 PM
4

So it would be a reasonable expectation to have?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:27 PM
3

And would not saying thank you be a responsible reason to not see them again?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:23 PM
-1

I am looking for a woman's answer to the question. That is it.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:10 PM
29

Very reasonable. And I would assume you would believe it is ok to stop interacting with a woman that doesn't say thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:09 PM
6

So no show of appreciation like a thank you?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 03:06 PM
2

Feminist are the people that tend to say men and women are the same including dating. The red pill is very clear on the difference between the sexes including dating. That is projection. You are saying if men did everything right( by your standards) they would not have trouble with women. That is the just world fallacy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 02:51 PM
3

They confuse sexually open with spontaneous desire.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 02:43 PM
2

It is a method to filter out less sexually open women. There are better methods to do that though.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 02:33 PM
2

You have mixed just world fallacy and projection and got a useless post.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 01:58 PM
1

Now you have changed what you said.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 01:04 AM
1

The grasping at straws is saying I said things I didn't. And it is diminishing. Just like having different statistics for rape and made to penetrate.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 12:57 AM
1

Never once said that. I in fact implied the opposite when I called out your diminishing of the crime. You are grasping at straws after being exposed.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 12:47 AM
1

Nice projection.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 12:25 AM
1

They do not mean the same thing. good job derailing on semantics. It is not derailing. Words have meaning for a reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 12:19 AM
1

She raped a man but should go to jail for sexual assault not rape. You are diminishing the crime committed.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 12:14 AM
1

if a man is raped the woman should go to prison for sexual assault This right here explains everything we need to know.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/25 12:06 AM
1

Getting pregnant is a woman's choice. Being a parent is a woman's choice. Men have no choice. So to be equal like feminist want it, you have to give men the choice. If a man is raped should he be forced to support that child?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 11:57 PM
1

No you don't believe in equal rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 11:29 PM
1

Reproductive rights including the ability to choose to be a parent too. abortion is illegal in most states in the US now I don't see why we can't fight for both. they also know that if men were allowed to legally bale on their kids that like 80% of them would It is funny to me that if a woman doesn't want the child she is pregnant with it is a fetus and not a child. And when a man doesn't want the child it is a child and not a fetus. No one is saying you get to abandon already born children. Onl…
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 11:24 PM
2

Men don't have reproductive rights. Women could get an abortion if they can't take care of the child alone. She would be the one choosing to have the child and burdening others if she can't afford it. feminism is about fighting for women's rights Then every feminist needs to stop saying it is about equal rights. If you just say feminism is about getting more rights and entitlements for women then the whole argument I have would be mute.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 11:11 PM
1

They supposedly fight for equality while fighting only the reproductive rights of one sex. So if you don't want to fight for equality, stop pretending you are.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 10:56 PM
2

Totally but this was about feminism not the right wing.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 10:49 PM
-1

I would think it would be dependent on your mind set going in.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:47 PM
1

No because it is a reduction of the definition of reproductive rights that I am talking about. It is ultimately a red Herring.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:42 PM
7

It can be. You just don't want it to.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:39 PM
2

That is part of reproductive rights not just pregnancy. Your definition is too narrow.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:36 PM
7

Not one that can't be overcome with the giving of rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:35 PM
4

So if pregnancy is a choice either both get to opt out of the results or neither do. I believe both should to be the best option.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:25 PM
2

They can be raped and be responsible for the child. That means they don't have reproductive rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:24 PM
1

It would put women on the same level of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:12 PM
8

They do not. Also then the argument would be no one is forcing women to get pregnant.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:12 PM
2

Because that would be equality.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:10 PM
4

The ability to opt out of parenthood for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:09 PM
1

Then they should be fighting to get rid of abortion.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 06:09 PM
0

They oppose those things. Fighting for those things would be fighting for equality.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 05:55 PM
2

So you are on board with men giving up their rights and obligations to a child during the period where the mother still has time to terminate the presidency? I have not seen a feminist agree to that. Or how about automatically giving men parental rights when they are not married to the mother. ( Most states don't do this.)
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 05:51 PM
2

They didn't like the idea of a male birth control pill because men could lie about taking it.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 05:48 PM
1

Lets start with the opposition to male reproductive rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 05:34 PM

This is what everyone says when they want to hand wave the negative parts of feminism. It is an extension on the no true Scott's man.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 05:31 PM
1

Depends on the woman. It ranges from will they step in when a random person attacks me to I need to not have to deal with the negative consequences of my actions. Protection is not a right it is a privilege. So what are you doing to earn that privilege?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/25 04:41 PM

If you can Post your ass on socials while in a relationship your male partner can look at ass on socials. I always find it weird how men being insecure in a relationship is his fault. A woman being insecure in a relationship is the man's fault.

It seems like you are equating know nothing about to I don't agree with what they said. Having a difference of opinion is not the same as not knowing anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/25 08:54 PM

The issue is that people have agency. Sure mistakes are made. But if every partner you picked is bad, then you have to take ownership of that. Not what they have done to you. Pick better is not about this one person did bad things, it is all my partners did bad things. So you have to look at the reasons you are picking them and change up what is not working. What that could be can't really be told in a post here. It takes lots of looking at yourself. It is hard work. So people just deny they hav…

If I user defamed a person when on the app they can be sued. The app can't be sued for that because of DMCA 240. They could be sued for the mishandling of private data depending on local laws and the terms between them and the client. But generally speaking they would not be liable for how people use the leaked data. The doxxing itself in most places is not a crime, there could be some civil liability for the people releasing it. And obviously if people use that information for a crime they shou…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/25 01:26 AM

The problem is the picking based on a stereotype and not the individual. Chad and nerd don't have much to say about personality. That is where pick better comes from. Picking better is looking at an individual and evaluating them as an individual. That takes a lot of time so a lot of people default to the natural instinct of categorization.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/25 12:41 AM

So all these were before you were 18? Definitely a shit move on their part. I have never seen nerdy men act this way. I have seen a lot of men pretend to be nerdy to get the quirky quiet girl. Seeing as you are autistic I would definitely stay within a friend group or community group with men that are not hitting on all the girls and have been in the space for a good amount of time.

They said the thing on a forum. There would be evidence. It was published to an audience. And in the case of STD it is on its face deformation. So the harm is assumed and doesn't need to be proved. Not public figures so don't have to prove actual malice.

But incel has taken on a lot of other meanings. That is why I use romantically invisible.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 02:57 PM
2

That is not abuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 02:55 PM
6

That would be part of it. But I would not use the word abstinent. That implies it is a choice. Being romantically invisible is not a choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 02:49 PM
12

If we are talking about general interpersonal loneliness I will agree. But for romantic loneliness the reason is because they generally speaking don't actually experience it in the sense of being romantically Invisible. They know deep down they could get a romantic relationship if they wanted but the possible negatives that come with that outweigh the reward of a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 02:35 PM

Because he did not do anything wrong. He did something they didn't like. Those are not the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 02:04 PM

I am not surprised and I don't think they are bad people. They are doing the exact same thing he is doing. Expressing their dating preference.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 01:55 PM
-1

To be fair, I don’t think you’re “supposed to” pop the contestant’s balloons it’s usually the contestants that do so From what I have seen the rules are very lose.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 01:54 PM
-1

It doesn't prove her point. To do that the man has to be a bad person. And the evidence he is showing his dating preference. You agree that doesn't make them a bad person. It is the difference between I don't date single mothers and I don't date single mothers because they are whores. The second is evidence of a bad person.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 01:51 PM
0

So my original point stands. Thank you.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 01:43 PM

Did he say something? Watched without sound. If not, does that mean every woman that doesn't give me a chance because I am fat is a bad person?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 01:37 PM
2

So he is a bad man because he doesn't want to date a transgender woman? So men having preferences makes them bad?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 01:26 PM
8

If you want to look at the context you need to look at it all. It would depend on the topic. Like for school, learn about the difference in behavioral development between girls and boys. Challenge parts of your belief. A core tenet of feminism is blank slate theory. Have you ever read a dismantling of the theory?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 12:46 AM
10

And what did you do? Only added context that fits the feminist world view.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 12:36 AM
10

I love how your context is only context that serves to diminishing men's issues.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/25 12:07 AM

No one has ever said if the dude you are trying to date calls you a cunt, you are trying to date out of your league.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 11:34 PM

Debate is not gaslighting.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 11:20 PM
1

It doesn't, you are changing arguments and conversations to match your preconceived opinions. It is said after specific accusations not every accusation. But let's not let the truth get in the way of you feeling good.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 11:03 PM
1

None of this is true. It is you trying to escape the responsibility that comes from having a definite position.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 10:32 PM
2

There are constant debates over what counts as negative treatment. Men here don't seed the definition to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 10:00 PM
2

I'm using the definitions as they are used by the men who express such sentiments. No you are not
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 09:21 PM
0

It means whatever way makes a woman happy or unhappy with the way she was treated. Then there is absolutely nothing to discuss or debate then. This is just a waste of space and time.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 08:57 PM
1

You have to define your terms first. What does treat poorly mean? What does treat well mean? The point is often brought up when women can get commitment from a man. Or they are put in the fuck zone. Those don't automatically mean poor or well treatment. But it does show you are not in the man's league.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 08:47 PM

How long until they get sued for defamation?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 08:15 PM

And I believe they should too. But that was not the question asked.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 12:46 AM

A reward is something that gives a dopamine release. This is not a moral stance. Getting a thing you want gives that release, so it is a reward. So if a man is toxic and gets that thing he wants, it is a reward. If you want to argue the premise of a woman "giving" a reward or "rewarding" this man that is a different discussion. If the woman doesn't or does give the reward, the man still gets one. So they learn this action leads to a reward.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 12:38 AM
1

You are defining "rewarding" as just having sex. Nope this is wrong. I have started my definition twice.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 12:29 AM
1

You are projecting other's views on me. If you want to discuss what I am actually saying, I can do that. But I am not debate over views I don't hold.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/25 12:10 AM
0

Some people do. But you have not stated my opinion correctly.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 11:54 PM
2

Not understanding my position. Reward is something that gives you a dopamine release. A relationship or sex will give you that release. That is a biological thing. Of course you would choose a healthy relationship over a toxic one. But that is not what is being discussed here.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 11:45 PM
2

Seeing as you have attributed a position to me that I never stated it is pretty clear.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 11:42 PM
2

Well I clearly know more than you. Have a good night.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 11:33 PM
2

My argument isn't toxic behavior is normal It was that people with trauma believe it is normal. But you changed that. My argument is toxic relationships aren't a reward The relationship is the reward. The toxic element comes later. They are toxic from the beginning and active someone's triggers. This is not what every woman tells us about their toxic relationship. It always starts out not toxic. You need to go read up on brain chemistry and psychology before having this conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 11:28 PM
2

They do in the beginning. If they didn't people would not get into them. Plus your argument is that they think the toxic behavior is normal.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 11:20 PM
1

Over time. A reward is something that gives you a dopamine hit. So they are giving the other person a reward.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 11:06 PM
4

The relationship is the reward for both parties.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 10:43 PM
1

None of that changes the fact they are rewarding those behaviors.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 10:27 PM
2

But seeing the actions as normal and going after people that show those actions, it is rewarded.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 10:13 PM
7

That doesn't mean it is not rewarded.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 10:11 PM
1

They didn't give a man in the bottle 80% a chance. They ignored real red flags because he was in the top 20%. Giving a man a chance is about stopping with all the bullshit materialistic requirements that don't matter for making a good relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 08:01 PM
-3

The issue is her job always being more important than him. This is the same for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/25 02:05 PM
5

So it is men's fault they listened to women's request.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/25 05:31 PM
5

They mean that the men they want to date before having a child are not the men they can date after. I would tend to agree if we mean date as a long term relationship. For a short or casual thing I don't think it matters.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/25 01:18 PM
12

No but society does.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/25 10:35 AM
1

Gender roles are behaviors people "are forced" to adopt by society under certain circumstances. Where we differ is at what point there is enough force to take away agency. I believe it is a very high bar.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 03:55 PM
2

And at the end of the day it is a choice they are making. I have also said fatherhood is not a gender role in this post. A gender role requires a lack of choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 03:44 PM
2

No. Motherhood is a choice because having a child is a choice. If you choose it is not a gender role.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 03:30 PM
4

Never said they didn't. Just that motherhood is not a gender role.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 03:22 PM
3

There are at times biological facts that brought about the roles. But the roles are cultural.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 03:21 PM
1

Perfectly fine. Having a pleasant discussion. How are you?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 02:53 PM
1

The choice is to have a child or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 02:44 PM
3

The first two are if you are made to do them because of your gender. Gender role is the lack of choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 02:32 PM
8

Motherhood is not a gender role. Fatherhood is not a gender role. That is the consequence of having a child. A woman doing all the cooking or cleaning because they are a woman is a gender role. The difference, only a woman can be a mother but anyone can clean or cook.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 02:13 PM
2

Having a child is not a gender role.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 02:06 PM
13

That still doesn't talk about how you are as a partner. If that is the largest thing you are thinking about to make you a good partner, you are in fact a shit partner. You should 100% be selective of who you have a child with. Being ready and able to be a parent and being a good partner are two different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 12:51 PM
6

If the largest part of what you as a woman bring to a relationship is the capacity to have children, you are a shitty partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 12:11 PM
29

Half of those are not gender roles. They are biological requirements. When you have to redefine terms to make your argument, you know you are wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/25 11:49 AM

The term media literacy is used by the left to mean a person that came to a different conclusion than me.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/25 02:08 PM
1

I am sorry but feminist love to tell men how to be a "real" man.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/25 10:36 AM
19

I have never seen this as advice. But there are men that won't care because of sex. So I women could in theory do this but the dude that agrees will be the last dude she wants to sleep with.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/25 09:30 PM
43

No.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/25 09:22 PM
2

To bad many women use the term abuse to describe a man that won't let them do whatever they want Like a boyfriend saying they doesn't want her to hang out alone with the "friend" you is always hitting on her.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/25 12:30 PM
4

Show the stats then.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/07/25 12:28 PM

So she wants a creepy stalker. Got it.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/25 12:20 AM

Femininity is a set of traits. Female gender roles is a set of actions.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/25 03:26 PM

Sorry but femininity and female gender roles are not the same thing.

In the US rape still categorized by penetration the new way of the law doesn't actually allow for a woman to rape a man unless she inserts something into him.

Well if you made coherent arguments we would actually be able to have a real conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:30 PM

It would not be an ad-hom. I attached the argument not your character as a way to discredit your argument. I suggest you read up a bit.

I am not dancing around anything. Nice projection. It is just like squares and rectangles.

/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:12 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 12:01 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:56 AM

Trump is a Republican not a conservative. He agrees with the core principle of what Tate talks about. He is not agreeing with the methods. You would argue the sky isn't blue is Tate said it was.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:48 AM
6

And you don't understand context. I get the core message but don't agree with everything is not really like him in this context.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:27 AM

You clearly know nothing if you think conservatives like Andrew Tate.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/06/25 11:04 AM

Women are too busy watching women tell them they are with a loser if the man doesn't buy them expensive gifts. These men are doing what works, while the men you say you want are being honest and getting nothing. Want it to stop, give the right men attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/25 10:43 AM

I have and it is just that an instinct. If they don't have the personality traits I am looking for that attraction fades.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/25 09:40 PM
1

Don't know. It just is. Like the only woman I feel the immediate urge to talk to(strangers) is small Asian woman with dark hair and glasses. Just is what it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/25 08:17 PM
4

A Long term relationship with a woman that is : Kind, caring, can communicate, honest, has similar goals, will to work for those goals, ability to compromise, open sexually. If I could get that in an Asian or Hispanic woman that would be cool. Also red heads and alt girls (love me tattoos and piercings).
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/25 07:34 PM

The only place I see it asked are in dating interviews and here. The places to ask that question. Who asks this of a person n they are trying to date?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/25 02:16 AM

And smart men want a return on that investment.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/25 02:14 AM

Wat. War never changes.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/25 01:47 AM
2

That would be my girlfriend not a celebrity crush.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/25 02:50 PM
5

I would 100% say no. Why the fuck you I get married to a person I don't know. Plus I don't have a celebrity crush. How do you have a crush on a person you have never and most likely never met?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/25 11:09 AM
2

It is wrong to lie but the reason is because there is no incentive for men to get married. It is all down side with no upside. The closest you get is the state will automatically give the man parental rights, that should be happening regardless.

No psychology is scientific.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 09:52 AM

No. The argument is if all your ex's were abusive, you need to look at yourself. You also just went to poor equals abusive again.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 12:40 AM
9

It would be a lie. It has better or on par replication as other psychology studies.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/25 12:35 AM
3

I would get a new one. They will not tell you your are ugly and that you are pathological for thinking you are normal.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 04:10 PM
1

Clearly don't know about therapy.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 04:06 PM
12

The reason therapy is seen as toxic advice is because of its purpose. It is to deal with pathological thinking ( thinking that is not logically sound) not to help get you a relationship. And I am sad/depressed because I don't have a relationship when I want one and constantly see others in one is not pathological.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 10:15 AM
1

So broke men are abusive?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 09:44 AM
2

You have to separate romantic loneliness and general loneliness.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/25 09:36 PM
1

That is not what they are saying. The woman would know if a man wanted to be involved upfront. That would allow them to not have the kid if they don't want to raise it alone. It would result and more fathers actually being present.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/05/25 02:15 PM
7

The first one needs to be thought of in this way. If you stop the romantic relationship with your partner and only see them as a co-parent it will lead to divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/25 05:22 PM
2

This supposes that they had the feelings in the beginning. This is a negative narrative you and others are making up. That men always know right away.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/25 08:38 PM
37

I liked the idea of free or cheap third spaces to meet people. The whole point is to meet people there.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/25 08:36 PM
1

No it didn't. You made that up to fight the easily defeatable claim.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/25 03:13 PM
0

Just like men should avoid women that are entitled.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/25 02:43 PM
1

So I dude has footage of him two States away when the woman claims he raped her. That's not good enough because there is no footage of the sex that didn't happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/25 02:42 PM
2

So you are just bullshiting. You are the red flag.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/25 10:26 AM
0

The red flag here is women's entitlement to men's money. Men are "willing" to pay because we understand we have to play the game within the rules laid out.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/25 10:11 AM
2

So are you saying we can't do the same with gender?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 03:36 PM
1

So black people are more dangerous than white people because they commit more murders?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 03:13 PM
2

Because emotional damage is not serious.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 03:08 PM
1

You made a situation where it seems she is lying. In civil cases it is more likely than not as a standard. So for the Court to throw it out over lack of evidence speaks volumes. Maybe you just don't know the court system (US) or from a different country. Throw out because of lack of evidence is not the same as being found not guilty. So the other situation is the man is not lying he was in fact falsely accused. So this one has to be she is telling the truth and the man was found not guilty in ei…
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 02:45 PM

It is directly related as it counters the narrative often presented here by showing the narrative often given to men that can't get dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 02:24 PM

Because that is the only way a woman could be a bad partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 12:44 PM

No. Because you didn't set up an equivalent situation, like you tried to. For the Court to throw it out for lack of evidence means there is no agreement that sex took place and Sally doesn't have any evidence that they were in the same place at the same time. And If see took him to court it would be civil not criminal and the burden of proof is much lower. If a jury found him not guilty and he was saying he was falsely accused, I would date Sally. She went through the correct process. If she mis…

Being falsely accused comes with a lot of emotional hurt and trails you have to deal with going forward. It is 100% opening up.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 04:20 PM
1

The second line is a definite statement saying you should not bring it up. I agree with the first line. But the poster immediately changes it to don't bring it up at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 12:13 PM

Sorry but the man here is the victim. The fact you can't see that is a massive red flag.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 10:27 AM

Time and place to open up. Honestly, why are you sharing it in the first place? Seems like you don't want men to open up.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 10:25 AM

I don't remember that in the book.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/05/25 03:19 PM

Link to this post. Because if she was planning the date, he messed up. But just saying we should go on a date x night, is giving him work to do. So him saying I can't is not necessarily a rejection. And how close in time is the asking after a no. The next night or like this for a month.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 02:55 PM
12

There are more than plenty of those men around. But women are still asking where all the good men are after ignoring all of these men.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/25 01:50 PM
1

I said the general narrative. if you are a lonely man with no sex then thats nothing compared to being forced into sex with someone unattractive (eg the lonely man). You might want to rewrite this. One it implies being forced to sleep with an attractive person is not as bad as an unattractive person. It also flat out says all lonely men are unattractive, that is not the case.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/25 09:24 AM
1

That is the general narrative around this. I believe everyone needs to have the correct information. Just like younger women that date older men are more likely to face domestic violence if the relationship doesn't work out. You need the right information to make the best decision for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 06:02 PM
2

To point out that the narrative that it is men that are involuntarily celibate are more likely to commit these crimes is wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 05:33 PM
1

And it is the men that have more sex partners that are more likely to do those things.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 04:51 PM
2

You realize that quote says that men are lying right?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 02:22 PM
1

Men claim to be lonely when they really mean they desire a romantic relationship and sex. This illustrates the problem perfectly.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 02:13 PM
5

They tell men they are not romantically lonely and that they are just generally lonely so just keep getting more friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 01:36 PM
8

There are no problems with building and maintaining a social network. But there are two things here. One being that people tell romantically lonely men to get a big social network as if that replaces a romantic relationship. And two seems to only count if they person giving you the advice thinks your social network is big enough. So if you are an introvert with a few close friends you are told that you have to massively expand your network. To them it is a quantity game not a quality one.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/25 10:51 AM

I don't agree with you but it is nice to see a person hold themselves to the same standard they hold others.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/25 03:42 PM

What am I getting in the situation you described? It looks like I am getting the bare minimum while putting in extra effort (help with two people: her and the child).

Have fun keep up the lie.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/25 10:09 AM

Because dating advice given to men that can't attract women is useless and amounts to stop complaining. You have to teach these men to be attractive to women. I spend lots of time around women, that has not made any of them attracted to me. All the advice is be a functioning adult or skips all the steps and goes right to the point after women find you attractive.

You presented a reality where women exist in a binary system of either good or bad No you assumed I did to not engage my point. It shows you are bad faith. My comment did not create a binary. A neutral woman doesn't have an effect on a person. So they are irrelevant in this conversation. Second, I'm not "blaming the victim" becouse they are men, I blame them becouse their problems are almost always self-inflicted You are by saying that. You assume women are either good or bad in a man's life. This is your assumption not mine. I made no assumptions at all. The root of the issue lies in the individual who allows himself to be radicalised by hateful rhetoric, often unprovoked. Nope. It is the result of the interaction they have with bad women. Your thinking is the reason the problem will never be solved. Blame the "victim" because they are a man. We don't blame the woman that becomes sexist because they were raped. We understand w…

So the man that goes after women based on their personality is the shit man. Have fun being bitter.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/25 11:32 AM

Nope. It sounds like you pick shit men and refuse to take accountability for that decision. A less physically attractive woman becomes way more attractive when she has a good personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/05/25 11:20 AM

Nope. You don't see(figuratively) the man that are not the top of the dating pool.

You have no ability to understand time lines. They mentioned friends to give me an example for a discussion that requires visual evidence. Very simple. You can't counter my argument so you are making me out to be the bad guy. So unless you want to provide visual evidence to support the claim of attractive women dating unattractive men, there is nothing left to talk about.

The person I commented on talked about their friends. I think it was clear I was looking for pictures (of couples )because the disagreement is based on perspective when it comes to attraction levels. So saying my women friends do x doesn't help in the discussion. But this is what happens all the time. You asked to be shown an example and they never provide one. Because it doesn't happen. The reality is the people are the same level or the woman is less attractive.

I am looking for pictures where the believe the man is below the woman in attractiveness that is not a well known celebrity. I do not see this at all and I work with the public. It is the same level or the man is more attractive.

I don't see how your point about women leaving the dating market debunks the concept of 80/20. Those women are not in the market. So of the woman in the market the stat could be true. Plus men in the market would lose out on a 6/10 women if the other man is of higher dating value.

Just for everyone reading this. This is what it looks like when you are so far in your ideological bubble, you have no objectivity. I can’t think of any positive trait where that alone would create attraction to someone I don’t feel attracted to. This makes me think we are not saying the same thing. Because it looks like you are saying attraction is separate from the traits. For me a woman is attractive when she possesses a high amount of the traits that I believe positively correlate to the goal I am looking to achieve. Not really but I don't think you can. Not from inability or malice but not putting the amount of time into thinking about this type of thing specifically. I was looking for a specific trait not the degree of extroverion you like. Not justification. So I like introverted women and the trait I like about them is they are reserved. Sense of humor is not exclusive to extroverts. This is not what I said. It is an extroverted trait. Extroverion and introverion are on a spectrum. So a person that is introverted can have extroverted traits or vise versa. So I am just looking for the introverted traits that make a man attractive. It seems you like men that are closer to the middle of the spectrum because they don't always display the extroverted traits. That is different than being attractived to the introverted traits.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 09:37 PM
1

Sense of humor isn’t an extroverted trait. Yes it is. But being introverted doesn’t mean not being talkative or fun, once you’re actually in a conversation. These do have actually meanings. If by introverted you mean antisocial, then yeah…probably not an attractive personality type. I mean introverted. You just seem to like men that are more in the middle of the spectrum. If you want to tell me a specific trait that is introverted cool. If not have a good night.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 09:12 PM

All the traits you keep using are extroverted traits. So what are the introverted traits that make you attracted to introverted men? I understand it is not black and white, it is a spectrum. I would like to hear the introverted traits that make you attracted to a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/25 08:53 PM

“Personality” when it’s talked about with attraction, isn’t the same as being “nice.” It’s a mix of confidence, humor, and generally just being a fun and enjoyable person to talk to and hang out with… This seems like you are saying that to be an attractive man you have to be an extrovert. Can you expand on your definition of good personality if this is the wrong reading?

Because it is the woman's perception of if the man developed feelings or was lying. Which means the man's intention doesn't matter. It is 100% framed by the woman's interpretation. So it is about demisexual men.

Most people don't put people in the friendzone. This is not about rejection but you keep bringing it back to that. If he keeps you around just to get attention from you. Meaning he doesn't want to be in a relationship or friends, he has put you in the friendzone. Friendzone attempts to make a person a "victim" it is to get attention without having to give in return. That is different than just rejecting a person. You are not using the right definition. The " victim's" agency comes in to play when they stay around the person that is doing this to them.

The friendzone is not that. You have friendzoned him if you don't want to be friends or in a relationship but want him around for the attention he gives you. That is the friendzone and it is a shitty thing to do. That has always been the definition. Are you saying you are doing that?

Hobbies, at least the ones that are respected, This is the problem. That is a subjective thing, so if you don't like the hobbies doing them is not going to help you.

Building a social circle as an unattractive man is hard. Women don't want to be around you and men don't want you around when they are trying to pick up women. In both situations it hurts their chances of finding a partner. The thing about hobbies is that you have to actually like the hobbies. If you force yourself to do a hobby to attract a woman, you will be miserable and push away any woman.

Sure. But the struggles are less of men as a group. The number and type of challenges is going to vary depending on the person.

They can't have personhood.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/25 07:28 PM

This is part of my 2nd point. No it is not. Accepting emotional connection to an object and wanting to be picked by a person are vastly different.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/25 02:39 PM

I think the real problem is going to be the AI's lack of free will. What makes the love and sexual intimacy from a woman get is because they choose you. If this wasn't a factor lonely men would just fuck hookers.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/03/25 10:09 AM
12

This only comes up when trying to keep undesirable men in their place.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/03/25 02:22 PM

They get some form of custody not 50%. You have bad reading skills or they are lying to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/25 01:49 PM

It is false. Actually look into the study.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/25 01:43 PM

97% of men who file for 50% or more custody, win That is not what that study says. It only says that if a man tries for custody they will get some form of shared custody. Which means he ends up with every other weekend. Let's not continue the lie.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/03/25 11:11 AM

1 and 3 are a no. And 2 only works with men without options.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/25 07:34 PM

A lot of men do want to get married. That is different than being called husband material. I really believe that for most women it is a good thing. It is about the perception of the audience. Not the intention. You are fighting against 50 years plus of the trope that marriage equals less sex. There will be no mending the two prospectives. Here is the solution. Don't ever say it to a man you are in a relationship with. Save it for friends and family.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/25 08:37 PM
16

I'd rather be wife material than hookup material. I'd rather be the one the man wants to wine and dine and father children Because it entails the things you want. Husband material entails all of the work associated with marriage. This is not what men want. They want to be desired sexually by a woman not a wallet or security.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/25 08:26 PM

Then there was no need to tie it to the loneliness problem.

Do you want to talk about what I said or go on about unrelated things? Op wants men to show appreciation for people that have not helped as a prerequisite of getting the help. She wants men to just shut up about things because she doesn't give a shit about them. But she will not just admit it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/25 01:18 PM

Well, youre not gonna like my harsh advice. From what I have seen from guys that arent hiding behind a keyword, the issue is rarely a defect/deformity. Its typically behavior. Just world fallacy.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/25 12:16 PM

You don't get appreciation until you have actually done something. Requiring it before is just a way for you to justify not giving a shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/25 12:09 PM

You have not. I have just looked though the red pill sub. There was nothing in the sidebar or top post of all time that talked about that. So link me to your evidence. All I saw was guides on manipulating women, how to control your bitch, and women are immature like teenagers.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/25 11:57 AM

The reddit for the red pill is not the entirety of the red pill. Like I said this is a true Scott's men fallacy.

Despite a massive amount of the top posts of all time on the redpill subreddit being about how to give women the best sex/orgasms of their life so that they become addicted to having sex with you? I have never seen that. I have consumed a bunch of red pill content. You’re just objectively wrong about what TRP is and stands for. And you’re just lumping together random “I hate women” into the red pill. Nope. This is basically the no true Scott's men fallacy feminist use when people call out bad be…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/25 10:04 AM

This has nothing to do with what I said. In good faith I am going to assume this is not you trying to justify the hypocrisy of one gender having gender roles when the other does not. Having less expectations put on you during dating would make dating easier. Seems very logically sound to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/25 07:02 PM
3

Why is your entire post self serving? I am critiquing the red pill from their view point. But what about the part where men care that their partner has at least as much fun as they do? They exist I am sure. If I could ask a question? If the underlying reason a man wants you to have the best possible experience during sex was it could lead to having more sex, what would the problem be? And how is it different than the same thing but because only because they want you to have a good time. I don't …
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/25 05:13 PM
2

Could and probably will. That why I said both sides don't want to do it.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/25 04:47 PM
13

No. And it is the stupidest part of the red pill. Logic would dictate if you want to have lots of sex you should work on making it the best you can for the other person. Plus since they want casual encounters I would assume she would tell her girlfriends and they would also want to have sex with you.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/25 04:37 PM
7

There is a gender role for men in dating. That is to be a leader. Leading is an extroverted trait. So extroverted men are going to do better. This is why introverted women do better. There is no expectation to lead.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/25 01:12 PM
9

It would be easier if we dismantled the gender role for men in dating. Leading is a very extroverted trait. But I don't see many people on either side wanting to do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/25 12:46 PM
11

It is a counter to your point. Sorry you can't see that. Only about a third of people are introverted so statistically speaking they will end up with extroverted partners. So introverted men are mostly dating extroverts. I also would like to know how you see a couple on a date and can tell if each person is introverted or extroverted?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/25 11:25 AM
46

I will combat your anecdotal evidence with my own. All of the introverted/neurodivergent women I know are dating extroverted/neurotypical men. So we are at an impass unless you would like to present some scientific or statistical data for your points.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/25 11:11 AM
3

It would be nice so I am not wasting time on her.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/25 10:12 PM
8

Generally speaking if you are attracted to a person you want to have sex with them. That can be true even if you settled. But if you settled for a person you have no attention towards you will not want to have sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/25 07:03 PM
31

Feeling like you are being settled for and being settled for are two different things. When your partner treats you like you are lucky to be in the relationship that is the problem. If your partner is caring and open sexually it is not a problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/25 04:58 PM
14

So you believe in the just word fallacy.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/25 02:10 PM
5

In this context it is finding a person physically attractive and that leads you to believe they have other positive traits and to give them the benefit of doubt. It works in the opposite way as well. So unattractive people have bad traits and are not afforded the benefit of doubt. An example is you find a person attractive. They do a controlling thing but you see it as them being protective.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/25 01:31 PM

This post shows me that you don't know what the halo effect is.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/02/25 09:52 AM

But certain things work for you and certain things don't. That is subjective. With my body type certain clothes look bad. Subjective Give me a non subjective thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/25 03:57 PM
1

What you are missing is it all subjective. There is no right or wrong answer. And how who prioritizes each thing is dependent on your goal. Stuff like dress and style is going to be dependent on your subculture.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/25 03:01 PM
2

So once again a vague answer. If there is an objective measure then there would be a check list to go through. But it is clearly subjective. So learning skills will help. And no one has infinite time so you have to pick what to prioritize based upon what your goal is.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/25 02:37 PM
1

If you look at genuine parts of one self What does that look like? How do you know that is a problem? I am talking about real things and not learning a language How is this not real? You have the same vague advice as op.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/25 01:01 PM
3

It would be dependent on the goal a person is trying to achieve.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/25 12:18 PM
9

I’d say increasing the chance of finding a fulfilling partner by any amount is worth all the work in the world, but I guess that’s just me. This is just you, as in your opinion. If you start out at a 5% chance for a relationship and put in two years of hard work for an extra 10% chance. You end up with a 15% chance. That is still very low and not going to have a real world difference. I am not saying most people start with a 5% chance or you can only improve 10%. But there are a lot of problems …
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/25 11:29 AM
9

This is all dependent on your starting point. It is undeniable that improvement will help but it is not a guarantee. For some people the amount of work needed is so high and the reward so low it would be a waste of time from their perspective. There is also the problem with what area to self improve in. Realistically you don't have time to improve in all areas. And that is ultimately going to be dependent on what you want. So let's take dating improvement is the goal. Do you focus on physical/ m…

Can you give an actual example of men justifying a man being creepy to a woman that was nice to them? The creepy behavior needs to be as universal as possible, like approaching a stranger in a dark parking lot. This really tends to be a woman is nice, a dude they find unattractive flirts with her, the woman calls the man creepy.

Not sure where the hostility is coming from. If you are traditional all the way though I could work for you personally. But from everything I have seen from FDS they are not traditional. They pick and choose based upon what benefits then in the moment. And a good man is not going to stay with that for a long time.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 11:23 AM

FDS is designed to make a man give you lots of resources/time before you give him the sex/attention he wants. At the end of the day it starts as a traditional dating strategy but tells you not to be a traditional woman after this initial phase. A person looking for a traditional partner is going to leave if you are not holding up your part of tradition. In today's dating climate more people are looking for an equal partnership. FDS will not work if you are looking for that type of partnership ei…

So you would have no problem with the law being changed right? Because the only reason a person gets it is the law.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 10:12 AM
2

By your logic, slave owners should have naturally stopped owning slaves because theyd come to the conclusion it was wrong instead of being forced to stop because of the law. This is not my point at all. I will make it simple. Just because there is a law or not a law about a certain thing has no barring on if that thing is morally justifiable or not. They are two independent concepts. Once again what is the moral justification for taking a person's belongings when you get divorced?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 02:37 AM
3

Why do a lot of people not run red lights late at night when there's no traffic? The REASON is because the law says so No. It is the safety aspect not the law. The negative of not seeing another person and getting hit does not outweigh the positive of getting to your destination faster. By this logic you have if owning slaves was legal it would be ok. So do you have moral justification for getting a person's belongings when you divorce them?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 02:23 AM
3

That not a reason. What is the moral justification? I can give you a moral justification for why a person is not entitled to a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/25 02:08 AM

You broke the contract. You don't get rewarded for breaking contracts. They are not entitled to a relationship. Why are you entitled to their belongings?

Nope. That is an expression of the hypergamous nature.

So effort is just those 4 things? There are a lot of other things behind those you don't seem. Are men doing those putting in effort? If a man is doing a bunch of things but the wrong things is he putting in effort? I will agree there are a portion of men not putting effort in and then complaining but I believe that is a minority. Most men are putting in effort just not on the areas that will help them the most.

I've already told you that women already select for men who meet our looks threshold. Telling us to "focus less on looks" is de facto telling us to not date men we realistically see ourselves having sex with. Not what I said at all. Go to those people saying that. The rational, logical sex can't stop screeching about these women who require a man to have a boat, despite the fact most places where people live are landlocked. Focus on doesn't mean exclusive. This is your problem with understanding. The first step to finding a person to be with is do they have a good personality. A good personality is a personality you like and is compatible with your lifestyle. Anyone that doesn't have that is automatically out regardless of other features they have. Once this is done you filter though the remaining candidates based on other criteria. That could be looks, status, or materialistic things. There are plenty of women tha…

You have straw maned my position by conflating focus on and only look for. You are fighting at best other people and not me. I am not in control of what other men say. So at the end of the day I am not going to answer for a position I don't have.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/25 04:22 PM

Then you are one of the only people like that if that is true. Attraction is a scale for basically all people. This just seems like you are dodging the question. You see either answer putting you in a bad spot.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/25 04:16 PM
0

That's not the question. You have two men to choose from. Here are the only differences. Guy one has a better personality but you are less attracted to him but still are attracted to him. Guy two has a worse personality but you are more attracted to him. Who are you choosing?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/25 04:11 PM

So you would not date a man that is less good looking but still good looking to you with a better personality. It would have to be the better looking person with the worse personality? If you pick the second, then pick better. If you pick the first, we agree.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/25 04:03 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 03:05 PM

Where did I say that. You are talking to me and only me.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 02:14 PM

That is not proof they are one in the same. That is proof there is same level of over lap. The second is not the claim you are making.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 02:09 PM

It is. If it was not she would use qualifiers. She is the one to make a post of clearly stating your positions. This is a fair assumption. And holding her to the standard she wants of others.

/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/25 01:55 PM

She has to prove that the nice guys that can't get dates and the assholes that get dates are the same people. That is her ultimate claim. I would like proof of that. This is just a way to get around the advice of pick better that has always meant focus of personality not materialistic things or looks. It is all or most men are assholes so it is not my fault I keep dating assholes. She wants to absolve accountability the same thing she goes after men for.

Even if they say romantic people will just tell them to stop thinking about dating and get more friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/01/25 01:59 PM

The first step that is often missed is determining the type of loneliness. Romantic and general loneliness have different solutions. It can be a hard thing to determine in some situations. It is also clouded by the extrovert/introvert spectrum. We live in an extroverted world, so if an introverted person only has 3 friends it is assumed they are generally lonely because to the extroverted person that is too few.

It depends on how you are defining success. Is getting one relationship success? Is getting married success even if it is a dead bedroom? I feel that on some level they just want to control men. It is the same type of arguments against a male birth control pill. They are just going to lie about taking it. As if women don't have the same option to lie. Plus they don't give a shit about male rape victims that are forced to pay child support.

Decent looking women dont have to do shit and still get potential suitors They have to sell themselves if they want to keep one around.

your last piint suggests that if u know what u want and u know it isn't common then u can just date and have sex with people to settle for. You have read this into it. I didn't suggest it. Whats wrong with waiting for looking for a bit for what u want? Rejecting what u dont want is smart some would say. When did I say it was a problem to do that. All I said was if you are hyper specific in what you want, it will take a long time to find. Nothing more. I said it because you said that when you kno…

I have and I did address your points. And I didn't bring up sex. You have failed to address my points. And invented one. You can try again if you want. You have lost this disagreement.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 06:16 PM

I addressed all your points and the last point has nothing to do with sex. Would you like to try again?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 06:09 PM

what am i, trying to advertise myself to get chosen? Yes that is what dating is. Sorry you just learned that. I dont have to compensate at all, We all do because no one is perfect. We all have flaws. And we hope the positives outweigh the flaws. Someone is either on you level to see you for what you are, or isn't. This would be the total package. Positives and flaws combined. Options dont exist when you know what you're looking for. If you are looking for something so specific that only one pers…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 05:59 PM

This is breaking it down to one aspect and assuming all others are equal. If all else but sex is equal and you had to choose, you are going to choose the option that is having sex. There will never be a time where everything else is equal minus sex. In real life, a person is going to pick the better package deal. So if you are not ready for sex you have to compensate in another area. The same thing can and is said to men. If you are lacking in one area, you can compensate in another.

Im pretty sure this is a logical fallacy to bring up some outrageous scenario that never happens. It is a hypothetical. And these things do happen. How often is a different question with different answers depending on which one we are talking about. But honestly, if a person is fine dating someone who is obviously just using them, then the date is a success. This is moving the goal post and not really directly answering the question. You added an element not present to answer that question. Orig…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 01:52 PM
1

So you are defending your bad definition. The probability of these happening doesn't affect if the date before was successful or not. So if these things do happen was the date before successful? Don't move the goal post. Don't say they don't happen. Directly answer the question asked.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 01:30 PM
3

They just want the meal, they are a friend/coworker and think that another date will keep the relationship ok when say they don't want to date, the next date is to an event they want to go to. Just to make a few. If you think those dates before were successful you would be wrong. Are you going to stick to your bad definition or try to pretend that I have interpreted it wrong so you can still be right?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 12:15 PM
3

That is not an answer. There are reasons to come back that don't mean the date was successful. You don't want to give an answer because it puts you in a box. You love unfalsifiable stances.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 12:02 PM

Asking a question to a question is not an answer. So what is a successful date and who decides?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 11:58 AM

Now this begs the questions of what is a successful date and who gets to decide? You can go with this advice to women if you want. I just hope you are advising them of the down side as well so they can make an informed decision.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 11:48 AM

What is your definition of withholding sex? Waiting a month could be effective to get rid of fuckboys. But waiting six months is going to lose you good men that are not religious. Most women are not going for the men that are not religious and wait months and months for sex. They would have other options and would go with those options.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 11:31 AM

Fathers have equal rights to their children.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/25 10:40 AM

You have proved nothing. You just want women to be oppressed because it allows them to blame others instead of taking responsibility.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 06:42 PM
1

30% is not 50. How is that oppression? If it was 60 /40 women would men than be oppressed. And there are lots of theories why that would be. Including that they aren't as egalitarian as is claimed and the impact of strong welfare states A strong welfare state would facilitate them choosing based on preferences. That backs my claim.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 06:27 PM
1

You have made the positive claim women are are currently oppressed in the US. I made the negative claim they are not. It is the job of the person with the positive claim to prove it. About 30% of the house is women. So women do hold positions of power. I reject blank slate theory. Evidence shows that as a country is more egalitarian people choose jobs we consider gendered. Now you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 06:14 PM

We can give equal rights. And we should.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 05:35 PM

Socialising women to think they should put family first. That career women are bitches, aggressive. Etc Examples please. I see the opposite. Massive pushed for women to put work first. Bad mouthing women that put family first. Evidence shows with more equality men and women have different job preferences leading to less women in power. In less equal societies women are going into male dominated fields at higher rates.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 05:29 PM
1

Do you think women and men are the same? Phyalogicly no, but they are equal when it comes to rights.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 05:10 PM

Both parents are. Then there can't be abortions either if there is no choice after pregnancy.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 04:55 PM

No one said it was achieved by law What is then? Saying patriarchy is vague. What is the actual mechanism used.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 04:54 PM

So suppress history because it makes you uncomfy/hurts your feelings? Be realistic bro. No one is suppressing history. It doesn't help to solve current problems. Child support would still be a thing when custody is not 50/50.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 04:52 PM
1

And if she doesn't it will become a child that the father is responsible for. No, she chooses to have the child after he decided not to be a father. She is responsible for the child. Patriarchy. Obviously Not evidence. What laws or regulations prevent women from being in positions of power?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 04:49 PM
-1

Not if the child exists and isn't being adopted The child doesn't exist. A fetus exists. And the woman can still choose to abort it. If you are against both then there really is nothing to discuss further. The lack of women in positions of power What is stopping them from getting those positions?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 04:37 PM
0

Then it would apply to such a miniscule amount of men as to be irrelevant Then abortion is irrelevant. The right to choose to be a parent is a fundamental right. You commented on my comment that is starting the principle that people are using. Virgin equals a bad person. You clearly didn't read my full comment. You never refuted that stated principle. You justified it by saying being a virgin after a point was out of the norm.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 03:37 PM
1

Not victimhood. When the point I made is virgin is used to quals bad person and you say it is being done because it is outside the norm you are justifying the underlying principle stated.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 03:16 PM
1

I did. His justification is that it is outside the norm. When is say virgin is being linked to bad person. That response is a justification of that principle.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 03:11 PM

This is why I asked a clarifying question which he has yet to answer.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 03:02 PM

Any idea of justification is not coming from my side I made a justification for why it would cause someone to wonder why: because it’s outside of the norm. So you did make a justification. So are both slut shaming and virgin shaming ok or not?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 03:01 PM
1

You made a justification for virgin shaming. When people justify things they tend to be ok with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 02:51 PM

I am directly asking you because my point is that they are both equally wrong. And you asked me where you said it was wrong. Looking for cleafication.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 02:45 PM

So you are ok with both virgin shaming and slut shaming?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 02:41 PM

Not everyone slut shames but we would see it as bad. And according to the data being a slut is also out of the norm. Saying a person is bad or worthless for either is wrong. You can't say it is ok one way but not the other.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 02:25 PM

And it would make sense for them too. Women are constantly saying how it is a turn off/ red flag for men not to have sexual experience. So it that means they are bad. It makes logical sense they would say having a "high" n count makes them bad. Neither action is right.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 02:04 PM

If they are at zero a person with 6 is a high score.

/r/PurplePillDebate19/01/25 02:13 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 05:10 PM

That is not what is happening. I want to solve the problem. And to do that we need to understand why a person gets to that point to begin with and solve those factors. Saying don't be an ass is not going to solve anything. to stop others from being victimized. This is what I am doing.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 05:10 PM

Partially. But you can't ignore the Democrats strategy was hey men vote for women's interests. Sends a strong message of we don't care about you.

You are conflating two things here. The reasons why red pill exists and their behavior. I didn't excuse the behavior of the red pill at all. Op is about why the red pill exists. So do you want to dispute my claim as to why they exist or do you want to start a conversation about the way they act.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 03:51 PM

No it is not. The default is equal parenting time if you want to change that you have to prove it is best for the child. It is inherent that equal time with both parents is the best for a child baring other factors. The breast feeding example doesn't work in changing the default because it is not a factor in 75% of cases. In a specific case where it is medical necessary it could change the split but that could not be used later to deny 50/50. Or the two parties could agree on terms. So why shoul…

Text exchanges between the parties, witnesses to the behaviors or conversations about the behavior.

The same way you prove anything in court, showing evidence.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 03:30 PM
1

We are talking about the default potion. 50/50 no child support. To move off that it has to be an agreement between parents or you need to prove it would be better for the child. One party being the primary care taker when together bases upon an agreement of the labour division is not enough. Abuse' heavy drug use, heavy drinking, parental abandonment, job with lots of traveling, to name a few. Some of these things can be fixed right away to facilitate 50/50. Others cannot.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 03:29 PM
1

It is in the best interest to have equal time with both parents. If you take away ones ability to have that parenting time you don't get to use it as evidence they don't deserve equal parenting time. In the US only 25% of babies are exclusively breastfeed.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 03:08 PM
1

You have to prove they are unfit.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 03:04 PM
5

All it shows is if you ask for custody you get some form of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:49 PM
1

If they are split and he gets no partnering time because she is breast feeding he can't have a relationship that the court says is enough to get 50/50 custody.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:47 PM
1

Joint custody doesn't mean 50/50. It is any split of custody.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:45 PM
1

They use that to punish fathers. They don't give them parenting time and then say he can't have 50/50 because he has no relationship with the child. It is also in the best interest of the child to have a relationship with both parents from the start.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:43 PM
2

That would be parental abandonment. That would be grounds to change from 50/50. It would not change the default potion.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:41 PM
1

Primary physical custody is the parent who has more physical custody. You are mixing this up with one party getting solo physical custody and the other getting visitation.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:36 PM
1

If you already put yourself in that position by having a baby with a person you are not a couple with it is the consequences of the couples decision.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:33 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:07 PM

No it doesn't. In joint physical custody, also known as shared parenting, the child has a legal residence or domicile in both parents' homes, and the lodging and care of the child is shared according to a court-ordered "parenting plan" or "parenting schedule").
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:02 PM
2

You should not be impregnating people you are not in a relationship with first off. Fathers not with the mother are entitled to equal parenting time with their children.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 02:01 PM
-6

Of the fathers who request custody, 70-90% get full or shared custody. This is meaningless. That could mean the man gets every other weekend. It is a bullshit statistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 12:54 PM
3

This is moving the goal post a bit. The decided upon division of parental labour in the relationship is not a reflection of solo parental labour. If it makes more financial sense for the mother who makes 50 dollars a day to take time off then the father that makes 75 a day, why should the father be punished for the couple making the best financial decision after they split.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 12:43 PM
-1

Redpillers ALWAYS talk about the financial burden of childrearing/support, but rarely the actual labour of the childrearing. It goes back to the sexist presumption that childrearing 'is for women'. Even young dudes who don't have any kids, walk around thinking this still. Not a red pillar. Having the child 50% of the time is child-rearing. Well, the burden is rightfully equal - and if you don't want to do the time, you should be willing to pay the fine. And men that want to do 50/50 can't get it…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/25 12:35 PM

That is a choice they are making. When we talk about the problems with child support we are talking about taking away a person's kid and forcing them to pay. Most people want to take care of their kids, especially in the situation you created. Paying to support your child is not the problem. It is the fact that you are forced to not spend time with your child and on top of that have to pay because you are not taking care of your child. You are getting punished for following a court order you nev…

“Young chronically single men something something thanks to their mothers” Their interactions with their mother would affect their dating lives. Discussing it as a factor is important. If op here is saying that it is the only factor then that could be blaming the mother. “Nearly every woman has been in an abusive relationship, yet they still claim they aren’t drawn to toxic behavior“ This is blaming them for picking the bad partners not the abuse from the partner. Or maybe men are just more prone than women to aggression, violence, substance abuse, neglect of children, neglect of domestic duties, and infidelity. Statistics bear this out. It’s throughout this very thread and Fetchit’s entire thread yesterday. Men blame women entirely for “choosing” abusive men and deadbeat fathers. No fault divorce: custody would be default 50/50, the filing party would leave the home( parties can come up with something else if they wish), assists split up to the couple ( if you can't agree mediation can be used), no alimony. Fault divorce: custody defaults to the not an fault party, the at fault person leaves the home, automatic mediation for assist split, alimony to be paid to the not at fault party.

It would be in the best interest not to be with a cheater. Reality would have many factors. We are only using one at the moment. If you want to give me a full situation I will answer it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/25 08:59 PM
1

A divorce is a reasonable consequence No it is not. let’s say a man is cheating, he is the main breadwinner of his home. He would lose that home if the couple owned one. She gets it. If she can't afford to maintain it she can sell. And if she cheated she would be the one to lose the house. And he could sell if he can't maintain it.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/25 08:57 PM

The not at fault party would get primary custody. Sorry that I believe in there being consequences for your actions. Don't want that consequence than get a no fault divorce instead of breaking the contract of marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/25 08:51 PM

If you are at fault for the divorce you have to deal with those consequences. Why should the person not cheating lose their home because of the cheater. Instead of cheating you should have gotten a no fault divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/25 08:36 PM

(1) who gets to decide which basis for divorce to use? The person filling. Could be challenged on legal grounds like all lawsuits. (2) when fault based divorce is used, at which point do we start to contribute fault? It doesn't matter. The party at fault broke the contract that is the only thing that matters. (3) what if two incompatible people got married or what if they later become incompatible? This is when you would use the no fault option.

The strawman argument that OP is claiming Red pill people make is that everything that whatever a guys ex did, his new woman should do. Therefore a guy should do everything a woman's ex did, especially getting pegged. No one is making that argument though, because most guys don't want to get pegged That is not the argument op is making. The Red pill argument is that everything a woman did with her ex , she should do with her current partner. Same argument op is making back at red pill people.

This is false and shows you know nothing. He was fighting the tabloid not Heard. The tabloid didn't defame him because their information was coming for Heard. They didn't have a response to not believe her. The UK judge said he believes that the events could have happened not that they did. Deep was not guilty the tabloid was not guilty. Good learn about things before you speak.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 04:27 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/25 04:23 PM

This is a load of shit. He won because of Amber Heard's own words. She lied about what happened (video and picture proof) and stated that she in fact hit him. Feminist dined reality because it hurts the idea that a woman would never lie about the things she did.

Speaking in general a hoe phase is a hoe phase. And to me it indicates low value for dating. That low value comes from prioritizing short term pleasure over long term. I am looking for a long term thing and that takes work and prioritizing long term satisfaction, so we are not compatible. You can do whatever you want. And it doesn't make you less valuable as a person just as a dating prospect for me.

You are creating a false dichotomy to strawman the position. We can add that to the list of short comings.

Your short comings include your refusal to have an adult conversation with your partner and engaging in convert contacts.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/25 12:49 AM

All women are not the same when it comes to orgasm. Knowing the anatomy is a good place to start but guidance is the key. It sounds like you want to be able to blame someone else for your short comings.

Not the point I am making. If I showed a picture like that, it will be she is wearing makeup. It is unfalsifiable. So can you provide a picture of a woman that has no blemishes that has no makeup on?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/24 03:20 PM
5

If I say a woman is hot, I am saying I like her physical appearance not that she is attractive. To be attractive you need both. You are conflating physical attraction to attraction. You can be hot and unattractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/24 03:07 PM
2

Nope. It is what the industry is telling people to get them to buy makeup. So can you show me a picture of a woman without those things not in makeup. Right now it is an unfalsifiable claim. Any time a person argues what you are saying they will say any picture of a woman that doesn't have any blemishes is wearing makeup. I will be waiting.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/24 03:03 PM

This is the case for everyone. Attractive is good looks and personality. It could be the case that men are more likely to investigate attraction base on the physical look and women based on personality. But you still need a combo of both.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/24 02:32 PM
5

The point about makeup is a loss for the people arguing that men actually like makeup they just can't tell. Every time when asked they show a picture of a woman with bad skin. So can you show me a picture of a woman not in makeup with good skin? Right now it is just oh she doesn't have marks or blemishes, she is wearing makeup. I will be waiting.

This is just the reverse of the argument gay people faced( some still do) of have you tried not being gay. Your sexuality is either a mutable characteristic or not. Pick one.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/24 10:39 AM

I don't think that is the case. All actions from another person is going to be filtered through your perspective. Your perspective is dictated by a lot of things like past experience, feelings about yourself, and psychological processes like the halo effect. You also need to consider desperation looks different with different people. So I agree women don't find desperation attractive, their perspective on who is desperate is not reality.

If people want men to get married then we need to bring back at fault divorce. Right now a person can divorce you and take half your stuff because they feel like it. At fault divorce would start at the 50/50 split of assets and can move depending on the situation of the marriage. So the cheater for example would not get anything as they broke the contract. You never explained how the two premises of your title relate to each other. Way too many is so subjective that we can't argue against it. /r/PurplePillDebate27/12/24 04:30 PM

This fear is not verbalized just in the person's head. You are also shifting all responsibility to the person asking. This is a problem. The person being asked has agency. Hypothetical let's say the person asking does everything perfectly. The person asked still has fears that have nothing to do with the asker. Is the answer of yes a yes or is it a no?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/24 01:55 PM

Can anyone here define enthusiastic consent? Right now the problem is we are using a subjective term without a clear definition, that has real outcomes. It ultimately sets people (in this case mostly men) to fail.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/24 01:17 PM

I agree here as this would be the other party's actions. But let's say you are out in public on a date and ask if they want to come back to your place for sex. They say yes. They agreed to have sex because of the stories of others that have been abused when saying no , they have heard. Is their yes still a yes or is it a no because they feel they can't say no external to your actions?

Husband material conveys that a woman is only with a man for doing husband duties like paying bills. A woman can appreciate stuff like paying bills as part of the total package and that is fine. The insult comes from the objectification of the man as only good for paying bills.

1

Then what is a fuck boy? That is slut shaming aimed at men. And I would say used more by women. So I will agree that men hating other men could be one of the reasons but not the reason as there are multiple. Would me finding it gross stem from hatred of other men in your eyes?

/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 01:36 PM

I would say so. But your op is coming from a lack of appreciation but that is not it. You can appreciate the things but if that is only what makes you be with the person it is wrong, ei- objectifying. Liking the things they do for you or sex as part of the things that keep you around is fine. Husband material conveys only. I believe we agree on it being an insult but disagree on why.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 01:24 PM
8

No. Referring to them as husband material conveys you like them for the duties they are / will perform as a husband not as an individual person. It is the same to women not wanting to be seen as a sex object but rather an individual person.

Rape is the one exception that could justify a carve out. Exceptions don’t somehow invalidate the rights to care, however. Your statement has no carve out. By its logic what I said is true. Reformulate it if you want. Bodily autonomy is a synonym for the capacity to make choices about one’s own body. How do you do that without freedom of choice? You can't.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 10:35 AM

A) Bodily autonomy is useless without Freedom of choice. B) This then means rape victims are required to give care to children conceived because of the rape.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 10:22 AM

Certain chemical dependencies and hormonal states are strong enough to lead to mood alteration, and moods inform risk-taking behavior and choice. They can. The key point is did you use your freedom of choice to do something that led to this state. If you drink and then decide to drive, you are responsible for that. Also, we deny the autonomy if geriatrics when we take their license away. They don't consent, because they are coerced into doing it. Their choice to drive would harm others. We test …
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 03:13 AM

So you apply the do no harm principle on the basis of consent? No it is limiting harm, not do no harm. You can consent to harming yourself. Abortion can be unilaterally invoked to kill a fetus that is 50% a man Shares 50% DNA with the man not 50% a man. Where is the consent in that? Where is the consistency in that? Consent to being a parent. Consistent because both the man and women get it. And to be a parent it would require both parties to consent to parenthood. What if the woman misrepresent…
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 02:52 AM

One would but that is not the case. At least not in the US. And if you don't pay you could ultimately be put in jail.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 02:28 AM
7

Under the law men don't have the right to choose to be a parent. It just is. The question is should it be that way. Morally I would say no. It violates their freedom of choice. Will it change? No. So the best advice for men that don't want to be a father is to use birth control that you have full control over or don't have sex with biological women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 02:17 AM
8

At the point at which the man is choosing there is no person to be harmed. The fetus is not a person. The woman then has the Freedom to choose to keep the fetus or get an abortion. If she chooses to keep it she would be doing a level of harm to the child but that harm would not outweigh the harm of pregnancy.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 02:11 AM

more about bodily autonomy than it was about some right “to not be a parent To me that is ultimately the same thing. They both require the freedom of choice. And I believe that freedom of choice is morally good.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 02:05 AM
3

No problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 02:00 AM

I say it is gross because of the increased risk factors of STDs. Maybe we are getting lost in the word lots. Rp people I have seen say 5 is a lot. It is not. When you start getting to like 50 plus it's a lot. Your argument would be stronger if you stated it in terms of body count not just sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 01:53 AM
5

For me it is freedom of choice with the limiting factor of limiting harm. It is ultimately subjective. So for example I would say doing drugs would be generally morally ok because you choose the risk. Giving a person drugs without their knowledge would be morally wrong because they didn't choose the risk. At some point you making a choice will harm others. So we have to look what type of harm and the level of harm. So with the drug example if it makes your family sad you are on drugs it would st…

He would then just be paying the state. Child support is owed to the child the mother's illegal activity can't undo that.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 01:30 AM
14

The underpinning is that freedom of choice is morale. If it is not what is the reason bodily autonomy is morale.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/24 01:05 AM
17

The moral root would be freedom of choice. Bodily autonomy is an expression of freedom of choice. The fetus being not considered a person is to negate the limiting factor of it being murder if it was. So you are just left with freedom of choice being moral. So that would include a man choosing not to be the father to be moral.

Here is the point I want to make on this topic. If you want an equal partnership you need to show that with actions during the courting process. If you don't it is fine to assume you want a traditional relationship. Either one of these is fine, it just needs to be agreed upon. If you want to switch between them when it benefits you, you suck ass.

6

You said that paying for a date sets the president of paying for dates. So the man paying for the first date sets the president that he will pay for all dates. That puts sole responsibility on him. If she doesn't want to date him, she can say no. So during courtship what is the sole responsibility for her that will show that they want an equal partnership?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 03:11 PM
7

I don't get it it should be easy. I am looking for an equal partnership myself. That would mean that duties and responsibilities would be split as close to even as possible. Going back and forth on paying for dates would be fine as opposed to splitting. But to spend the courtship period not being an equal partner and then when the dating period comes to saying you want an equal partner is bullshit. You just want the best of both worlds.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 03:05 PM
3

That would be a traditional relationship and is not what is being discussed here. Equal partnership would both parties do the same activities with an even split.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/24 02:58 PM

If paying for dates is solely the responsibility of the man, what is the sole responsibility to the woman that would equal out to an equal partnership?

E can even take the words of women at face value and still come to your conclusion. Women say that personality is a primary factor in attractiveness to them, they would still want to engage in sex with them and not be thinking about others. So if you are consistently thinking about others during sex with your boyfriend, you don't find them attractive. You like the lifestyle they provide. I can even grant that a man providing makes them attractive ( David buss studies have proven this) , it doesn…

You accepted this risk when you consented to vaginal sex This is my favorite one.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/24 12:22 AM

Agree unfortunately there is only a chance the second one can happen. Under current laws child support is an entitlement of the child and illegal activity from the mother cannot change that.

Sure you can. Never said otherwise. They were asking for solutions and I provided the ground level one. Do with it what you will.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/24 06:10 PM

This conversation will never go anywhere. They don't even give a fuck about a man that is raped and forced to pay child support and go to jail if they refuse. They will never give a shit about a man that consents to sex. They don't care about equity and never did.

Maybe we are saying the same thing. In what words you use to describe the concept that man oppresses women it is the whole concept. If the people that you see as oppressing you have a problem you are not going to have empathy or sympathy. That is the root of the problem. Nothing gets solved without removing that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 06:25 PM

It is not the language. It is the concept itself.

No they are not. They are different things. You moved the goal post instead of admitting the manipulation can happen regardless of the age of the people and any gender can be the manipulator. Can also doesn't equal will.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 01:09 AM
4

And yes, power imbalances are automatically going to happen between a 22 yo and 33 yo. Notice how you moved the goal post. And then argued that. Power imbalance and manipulation are not the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 12:54 AM

A 33 yo can absolutely manipulate a 22 yo. I will agree that they can but can also happen in the reverse. A person of the same age can also manipulate a person. A younger person could as well. I feel people are saying it is automatically going to happen (not you).

Dating a teenager as an adult would be illegal and they should be put under the jail. I would not agree that there is inherently a power imbalance between an 18 and 30 year old as there are many factors that go into that. I would advise an 18 year old to not date a much older person because statistically if a relationship doesn't work out you are at a higher risk of being stalked, assaulted, raped, or murdered by the older person. This is even more true for a woman. At the end of the day it is b…

It’s not an emotional response to understand that the human brain matures at different speeds and we have different categories of when someone is on par with their peers. Not what was being stated as the emotional response. Stop adding things to my argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/12/24 04:59 PM
1

So you’re just making a semantics argument Yes. doesn’t make sense or add anything to the conversation? I believe it does as semantics are very important. In a debate you need to use the right words and agreed upon meanings or it is pointless. Teenager and adult have different conutations. Using teenager brings up thoughts of people under 18. It is a tactic used to get a certain emotional reaction.

That's a lot of things that have nothing to do with what I said. All I said was an 18 year old is an adult not a teenager. Why is there a need to add things in? Where did I say an 18 year old should date a 30 year old? Why bring under age people into this conversation? It may be time for some self reflection..

At a federal level the age of consent is 18. But I would be ok with taking it away from the state to be able to set one. Enforcement would be hard when both are under the age. Who is the criminal in that case?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/12/24 09:57 PM

All rights, privileges, and responsibilities that are unlocked at adulthood move with the age that we assign as adulthood. Working and driving are not in that category.

That is not my argument. An option is just a person that wants to date you. Options range from good and bad relative to what you want. You must vet those options. The overall quality of options for men and women are the same. Women have a higher quantity of options. This means women have it easier in dating. If I want to date a woman that doesn't want to date me she is not an option in respects to me. Your counter argument was not addressing my argument at all. You put words in my mouth. Ignored…

I hear all the time dudes saying they fucked a 3 because the 8 they wanted didn't want them. Then the 8 was never an option. . Or how when they want a gf, they don't go for the hotties because they don't think they stand a chance so they go to a less attractive woman who they can tolerate, like a 6 or a 5 because they know she'll most likely say yes to him So they lowered their standards to a reasonable level. You have not demonstrated your position with these two things.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 11:59 PM

You still have 999 more.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 11:09 PM

I think guys think more options is better than less because men value quantity over quality, whereas women value quality. You just did the thing I pointed out. You are assuming men's options are of higher quality. I am assuming the quality is the same. So we go to quantity. So I need proof that mens options are of higher quality.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 11:08 PM

Easier time =/= easy mode Yes it does because it is a comparison between men and women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 10:20 PM

That is 1%. I don't see why it would not also be the same for men. So those 10 are viable options and a man has 1. Then you go on to the next round. Women have an easier time. It is just math.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 10:07 PM

Did you not read the rest of the comment? Doesn't look like you did.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 09:46 PM

I have only heard that in the context of dating. Having 1000 options is better than having 10. Both men and women have to go through a vetting process. There is this weird notion that men's few options are of higher quality than women's lot. This is not true.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 09:37 PM

My advice is the same to both genders. If you are having problems dating you have 3 opinions. Lower your standards, better yourself, or shut the fuck up. If you think that is misogynistic or misandrist, you are not ready for the real world.

Entitlement has multiple meanings, including a government program, a legal right, or a belief that one is deserving of certain privileges: Government program A government program that provides benefits to a specific group of people based on legislation or established rights. For example, Social Security and Medicare are entitlements in the United States. Legal right A right to a benefit or privilege granted by law or custom. An entitlement is something you are owed by another party. This creates an obligation to that party. Failure to provide that entitlement is faced with legal consequences. A person gets them from entering a contract with another person. This would mostly be formal contracts like marriage ( entitled to half of assets obtained during marriage) and can include informal ones ( needing to provide your child with a minimum level of provisioning). Right are the things you can do that others cannot stop …

What is an entitlement? Who's responsibility is it to give a person an entitlement they have? You keep going to the morally correct thing to do. Are you entitled to have people do the morally right thing? This conversation is about entitlement not what is the morally right thing to do. And I have already said that the morally right thing to do is call the police. I will go further and say a person that wouldn't call the police is morally bankrupt. The thing thety are trying to say (very poorly) is that if you keep your very high standards you will become a cat lady. The reason we don't see many cat ladies is because as people age they tend to lower/drop materialistic standards and focus on ones that are meaningful for a relationship. They then interpret this as being 100% settling.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/12/24 01:34 PM

This is a debate sub. Semantics are important. And in this case very important as what is protection is of vital importance to the question being asked. Along with : What is morally right to do? What is entitlement? If a thing is morally right to do are you required to do it? How do we decide what is morally right? Is the entitlement due by the individual or the state? What is the penalty for not providing an entitlement? Who gets these entitlements? If you have not thought about these questions…

I did. You ask me a vague question directly and I would like you to give me a specific situation as these things need to be specific to get an answer. I suspect you don't want to give one because you know you will give an extreme example and not a nuanced one that we see in real life. And a failure to come up with a nuanced example proves the basic premise I have, that is a lot of women can't tell the difference between emotionally supporting a man and being a free therapist.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/24 12:28 PM

There are a couple of problems here. One you are not looking at the common use of the phrase but the "real" definition. It is like incel, the "real" definition is not being used but a new one that is commonly used. Two you give a vague question with our specifics. If you want an answer you need to give an specific example as I have previously said cases need to be looked at individually.

This comes down to the same problem as an earlier post you had. Too many women don't understand the difference between emotionally supporting a man and being a free therapist. You missed the argument that is generally being made by going to the extreme. It is that there are a lot of boring women that want an exciting boyfriend. When it doesn't happen they complain about the boring men that make a move with our realizing they are in the same position. You can gender swap it and it would be true.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/24 06:19 PM

Nice straw man you built there too bad you had to burn it down.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/24 06:10 PM

You are doing what you are accusing others of doing. If your word choice doesn't matter, why should anyone else's? If you get to add extra context after the fact to explain yourself, why can't others? Your base concept is fine. We need to be clear about what we mean to have better conversations and discussions. Too bad you don't take your own advice.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/11/24 12:35 AM

Your post about proper word use did not properly use words. Once again a show of bad faith.

So then you agree that effort doesn't automatically equal success. So that means there can be men out there putting effort in but the areas they are putting it in is wrong. So you can't say men here are not putting in effort just they are focusing effort in the wrong place. But the first let's you shit on men here so that is where your analysis stoped.

Your first point was making money. So again if I put maximum effort into my stocking job will I become a millionaire?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/24 01:24 PM

So if I put max effort in my stocking job at the local grocery store I am going to become a millionaire.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/11/24 01:17 PM

Effort does not equal success.

Your whole post by making a group distinction of blue hair feminist and then calling the crazy. With the distinction you gave them the negative traits of feminist/ feminism, suggesting mainstream feminist/ feminism don't have these traits. This is then used to minimize the prevalence of the negative traits.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 07:40 PM
1

Your point is to remove feminist that call people misogynist for criticizing individual women from mainstream feminism. But reality shows that mainline feminist have that mentality. Instead of doing the work of getting rid of the negative ideas of mainstream feminism you have decided to criticize the people that see the ideas as negative. To give you the most credit I can. You are involved in feminist circles that don't agree with that. So you are focused on that group and don't see the others.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/24 07:21 PM

Next time just call me out by name. If you want to deny what happened/ still happening go for it. You are basically using a new true Scottsman to remove feminist that don't agree with your point to the realm of not real feminist.

Then you know the second part of your response before has nothing to do with the concept. In your view they are half finished and that view is irrelevant. It is the view of the woman they're dating that is relevant and what they are looking for. And what they are looking for is personal and subjective.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/24 03:46 PM
3

You are still not getting the concept.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/24 02:55 PM

It depends on the individual. It is just what they want in a partner. So a doctor for example. They want a doctor but they don't want to date a medical student.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/24 02:38 PM
1

Then state that, not I don't want to pay more taxes.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/24 02:34 PM

Doesn't matter. You won't be paying more taxes. So what if you didn't pay more taxes?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/24 02:28 PM

What if your taxes stayed the same?

It is the same right that women would have with abortion. If the man chooses not to be a father she can get an abortion if she wants. Both men and women should have reproductive rights.

Because you believe one sex has to take on the consequences of their actions when the other does not. That is hypocrisy. The point I was making is you need to have a consistent stance

It is like 90% in studies. But this is for dieting. Diets are for short term weight loss than you go back to old habits. The key is to change your diet(eating habits long term).

Are you against abortion too?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/24 11:58 AM

Is eating the food of a restaurant consent to paying the bills? Yes. Consent in this usage is referring to the acceptance of known consequences. If I get food at a restaurant I am accepting they are going to charge me. If you want to use a different word that is ok but the concept is the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/10/24 11:50 AM

At the end of the day the only people that don't want men to have this right that have any ground to stand on are the people against abortion. Either consent to sex is consent to parenthood or it is not.

I’ve been active and frequent the gym so it’s no mystery that I’m actively trying to better myself. I will say this is good. Keep at it. But the truth is that most people (men and women) don't want to build and support a partner they just want to wait at the finish line.

For me a swipe yes on most women because I fall more on the demisexual side. So if you don't have a glaring red flag on your profile you have passed the first stage. It would be like if I am at a bar and a woman started screaming l love doing coke, I am not going to talk to her.

Some are. But some introverts are serial killers. Confidence as described in the dating realm is extroversion. If these men are picked you have two options. Women really do like bad men or extroverted traits are seen as a marker for good in the dating realm.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/24 01:18 AM

The baseline of agreeableness. But in the context of dating it is seen as a given. Good more so ends up meaning extrovert. Agreeableness equals willingness to work together, kindness, caring, empathy to name a few. So if you are boring with agreeableness your are seen as bad. If you are exciting with agreeableness you are seen as good.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/10/24 12:15 AM

I think this misses the base level analysis needed. We generally say that exciting is a good trait and boring is a bad trait. Why? I believe it comes down to extroversion and introversion. When Looking at good traits they relate to extroversion and bad traits relate to introversion. How was this decided? In group bias. Most people are extroverts. Now to relate this back to the question. The good guy that struggles with dating is the introvert. Boring, quiet, keeps to themselves are not inherentl…

That is ok. I am going after her based on past interactions. Sure there is time and place and a way to say it but to put all blame on men already shows you where she is coming from.

Op is a bad faith actor. She will interpret everything in the way that puts men down. This is not only based on this post.

You acknowledge that the standards of women are too high so that when a woman can't find a man to be in a committed relationship it falls on them to lower them instead of men to meet their expectations.

If the woman doesn't want to raise a kid solo she can get an abortion. Also what if a man/boy is raped by a woman, should he have to pay for the kid if the rapist gets pregnant?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 02:16 PM

I am talking about amber herd. Call her out for lying about abuse and rape got you labeled a misogynist for saying a woman would lie about that.

We = society. No not every person will but is a general trend. If you look at videos of girlfriends betting up their boyfriends. Many people both men and women say he must have done something to desive it. There was one video made by I believe it was abc and one women that walked by laughed. When interviewed she said she thought it was funny.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/24 04:12 PM
1

Can you explain to me why you took we to mean just men?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/24 04:01 PM
1

Yes because the murdered person is the first one is a victim. The murdered person in the second one is not a victim. We have to have a clear definition of victim and then examination of the corresponding events to make a determination of victimhood. We agree that blaming a victim is bad. It looks like we disagree on what makes a person a victim.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/24 03:38 PM

That’s just being stupid. Deal with infidelity by leaving if it upsets you that much. Here you did the thing that I said people do. You look an is statement and made it into an ought statement.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/24 03:14 PM
1

I am asking because you keep bringing it back to crime. I am trying to get your definition of victim. In terms of a person being cheated on or pumped and dumped the question of if they are the victim is going to be based on circumstances. So if you cheat on your partner then they cheat on you, you are not the victim.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/24 02:49 PM
1

So would it be victim blaming to say that to a person that was pumped and dumped?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/24 02:38 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
