I’m just out for a walk and your comment has been on my mind. I was thinking hard about this. Honestly the things I was thinking of were; he got me a glass of coke when I asked and would walk to the corner store for me when it was getting dark. This. And do you want to know how I found this sub? (No? but I’ll tell you.) I was on the Love Island sub and someone posted about The Circle on Netflix by accident. I loved The Circle and went to that users profile to see where they had posted about it before. Enter FDS on their post history. Like divine intervention 3 weeks into a break up, just what I needed and it’s helped me so much, I couldn’t thank all of you, these women enough.

My ex thought a box of cigarettes here and there was providing enough and “payment” enough for the daily laundry, toilet scrubbing, cooking etc. And then Mc Donalds was a treat. Unless I was paying for takeout on a night I didn’t want to cook and then I’d get lasagne, chicken etc. Sigh. Good riddance.

While I’ve only been on my FDS, level-up journey for 4 weeks (post break up) I feel like I’ve made huge progress. MEN approach you in all situations. It’s the FDS to weed out the LVM by using the tools but most importantly by not focusing on the men, but rather yourself. I’m new to the sub but have already learnt that your chances of finding HVM in places where you’ve previously found LVM (strip clubs, bars, nightclubs) are slim. I just spat. I’m dead. Yes. So much yes. One of my school friends just got a divorce after pushing this narrative so hard for months. It’s always the couples who love bomb ig and fb the most who usually aren’t actually happy. It’s less convincing us and more convincing themselves that their LVM are worth it.
