I have ADHD but got "lucky" I guess that cleaning has been a huge hyperfixation for me ever since I was little. That's where the problems start to spiral. My personal opinion is yes, physical attraction is important in a relationship. However it isn't everything. Yes! I work in a factory and how im treated when I'm out running errands after work vs when I have a day off and can dress feminine, is like night and day difference. I love it! I think people see feminine women as more innocent and in need of protection. I think it brings out peoples desire to help, even unknowingly.

I'll agree there are some posts here and there that describe borderline abusive relationships but im a firm believer that we are just hearing half the story, biased by hurt feelings. My hubby and I paid for a personal trainer for 6 months. The gym we went to ran a deal in January that was real close to 2 for price of one. So we made it a date kind of thing. We were there to support each other and push each other and when we both lost steam, we both got pushed by the trainer lol. This may be an option for the two of you. No joke. Parents have video of me with my cleaning apron on. I'd carry around a blush brush and "dust" . I also made lists of everything that needed to be cleaned. Of course the lists were just lines of scribbles at that point but my parents thought it was hilarious.

I always return negative comments with positive compliments. Example " what the hell are you wearing?" Me: "this awesome dress I made/ or found. I think its wonderful! I love your (insert something they are wearing)! Looks great on you." This usually does a few things to people.
