That guy is micronesian. There are hardly any Indians in Hawaii, and the ones here are mostly professional people.

Don't have kids problem solved. Women vastly outnumber men in colleges, if the majority of them prioritized their careers over family then they pay gap would shift the other way quickly.

I got a job working with a all female staff in a retail store when I was young and buff. I was totally sexually harassed to the point that any woman could have reasonably sued the company. Through enuendo, unwanted touching, and basic physical objectification it was pretty gross. I like to thjnk that if the roles were reversed and a very in shape young female came to work.with a store full of guys it wouldn't have gone the same way. I'm sure eventually a guy would try to make a pass, but after g…

Let's take rape off the table. If one day I woke up, and decided I did not like you. So I decide to accuse you of stealing my $500,000, and killing my adorable dog. Then gathered up enough circumstantial evidence to frame you, and send you to prison, for years. Called the police, gave a false story, and then sat there as they arrested you, and testified against you in court. All based on a lie, and with no regard for your life. What should my punishment be?

You couldn't be more wrong about your assumption of me. Contrary to a lot of people on this sub I am far from a misogynist, or a SJW basher. I don't spend time on here. I was just passing through from r/all. I never insinuated that she should be raped, or harmed in any way. However I find it maddening that anyone would have any inkling of sympathy, or push for a slap on the wrist for her "bravery" in stepping forward. In all of these cases you read about, everyone always focuses on the woman, an…

What she did was just as bad as a rape, or other violent crime. She had every opportunity to tell the truth, and instead perpetrated irreparable harm to this man. There are many different crimes where a perpetrator was just complicit in the commission of a crime such as accessory to armed robbery, or involuntary manslaughter, contempt of court, conspiracy. You can be charged with any of these strictly for allowing something to happen. None of these end in a little couple weekend sentence, and li…

This is not petty revenge. There is no clearer case of equal justice, then to punish a false accuser just as harshly as the innocent party. This woman stole a innocent man's life. She deserves to rot in jail.

Any case like this the false accuser should have to spend every single day that the innocent party served, no possibility of parole.

Couldn't agree with you more. I am generally anti state sanctioned death penalty, and vigilante stand your ground laws. However walking in on someone raping your wife, kid, mom, dog justifies lethal force 100% of the time.

Ask the guy who went to jail if it is "just" that she is still walking free. She had plenty of time to come clean. Glad she finally did. She should be thinking about what she did behind bars.

Ugh. I still would sleep a lot better if this girl was in jail for a good 5-10 years up state hard time.

Not for admissable evidence in court but you can show the cops and avoid being arrested

If it ever comes to this again whip out your phone, and start recording. Nothing like video evidence to vindicate you.

They missed the perfect opportunity for the waitress to drop the check, and have Seth be socially obligated to pay for her drinks.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
