I tried signing up for the new site but when I tried to comment, it used my actual name. I couldn't figure out how to change it. Tried for about an hour and then I gave up. I like the anonymity that Reddit provides.

Agree with everything here. Also, I have seen too many women left with nothing to be so naive to think that could never happen to me too. Will be working after kids to be able to make those retirement contributions (maxing them out this year!).

I read a study once where men who see rape on screen are more forgiving of it in general. Rape needs to not be allowed on screen.

I feel like high value men probably have a better circle of friends, but it is astonishing how many men abuse, and manipulate women. The test for this is to look at all the women who have been harmed by men. They weren’t all harmed by the same man.
