There's stuff you can do to fix and change all that! I'm 6'4" play rugby, basketball and box ALL the joints in my body are fucked lol but man I recently started yoga and finding any ways to properly align my joints and improve posture, it's helped immensley. If you're interested this video is an excellent starting point.
