No one is being forced in a sense. It's called living beyond your means. Let's say I want to have a kid, but am too poor (damn I'm a brokie :( ), it's not a good idea. The woman can abort at anytime, so it follows that it's her choice. Imagine the man pays and then after a few appointments, the woman aborts. It's not a life as well. If the man pays, he should get some rights. With responsibility comes rights. It's his dna, so he has to pay. But he can't choose what happens to it? It's 100 % her body, so why does the man have to pay? Is it an injury? Did the man injure the woman and now he needs to pay medical bills?

I see your point, and I agree. American Healthcare is way too expensive. And perhaps you wouldn't want to be pregnant and be struggling in debt (I wouldn't either, but I'm a man so it won't happen to me), so it could be emotional thinking about it. But it all comes down to who's responsibility it is. Why not raise taxes to donate to random places in need let's say? It's a choice to have a kid, and it's hard to afford a kid (sadly, thanks elites). I sympathize with you.

Like the man's duty and woman's duty. It all depends when it's viewed as a life, and if the woman is forced to carry to birth. If it's not a life or she isn't forced to carry, a man shouldn't be forced either. Because the standard is whether she wanted it or not.
