I was already in shape, more or less. Main improvements were made on my style and the way I dress and most importantly, confidence, back then I was like 5/10 in term of confidence but now I've improved dramatically, body language and posture. The only thing lacking is lifting, which I already am in a good shape, but if I lift I will be better.

Something happened, the girl said she can't come on weekend. The guy calls me and says "dude you gotta make the off road trip happen, how about we go on Sunday?" Which I refused and told him I already have plans with someone. On that day. Then he insisted on me cancelling so off-road can happen, since I'm the only one with a proper vehicle. I asked him to go somewhere else privately with his new girlfriend...to which he didn't answered and changes the subject :D
