This is you just showing of how retarded you are. B12 is produced by bacteria that lives on water an. In modern society our water is highly treated so no bacteria for vegans AND non-vegans. Factory farmed animals also lack of B12 so they supplement them with some. By eating other's pieces of meat you are getting some B12 filtered by someone else's body. B12 defficiency is a common thing for anyone living in the city.

I agree that an individual can be a body builder and consume a vegan diet, but it becomes harder. The hard part is making the switch and (re)learning what and how to eat. The rest is very easy. I've a gymbro vegan friend and he eats a lot of calories and makes smoothies and that kind of stuff like any other bodybuilder, just without meat and other animal secretions. Is not genetics. Hygene is of course a main factor, but also is food and the healthiness it provides for your body. Eating things like garlic and strong spices gives you some smell, but eating a lot of meat and shit makes you smell like rot.

No. Euthanasia Is an arguable subject though. Animals do have an interest in their lives and taking it away without they asking for it, as they couldn't ask for it, is debatable. A dying old animal that is in a lot of pain might want to die quickly, but we don't really have a way of knowing. But if we do it, we do it for a reason. Now the animals we eat have miserable lives and deaths and we do it just because we like it.
