You're saying that it's OK for men to date based on women's looks as it is physical and natural. And there is a biological imperative at play. But then you have to play fair and accept that by the same token there is a biological imperative at play for women in their pursuit of men who are able to provide. It seems that our understanding of the starting point is different. In my view there has been a certain type of affirmative action going on for centuries in favor of privileged white males. I would expect following the study that efforts will be made to put women on the board. I don't know how we can assume they will not be qualified. Further, I don't think we can assume that a woman on the board will automatically choose a woman candidate over a more qualified male.
