Good. Now I can charge my kids mother with lying about birth control to get me to consent to unprotected sex with her. Oh wait, that will never happen. This only applies to women being deceived. They will find a loophole in this legislation so that birth control deceit does not apply, mark my fucking words.

Exactly. It will be used widely by manipulative women to gain the upper hand in divorce hearings, custody disputes, etc.

This law acts like women are forced to stay with a man who is controlling them. The law even states it requires FREQUENT accounts for it to occur. If you stay with a man who does this shit to you, thats your fault imo. These behaviors are not illegal. Being a control freak should not be illegal.

But lets reverse the roles, willing to bet the man could be potentially arrested, video would go viral, and feminist would be blogging about the "sexual verbal assault" in no time.

Thanks man, like I said in other posts, the more I share in victory, the more my child loses as she will have to deal with this woman as a mother. However, I am hoping she will sign over her parental rights to avoid paying me child support when I win custody (she is dead broke, and couldnt afford it for a second)

Most women arent this scummy, maybe 10% of them. But if you do interact with these 10% you may end up like me and other men in my position. But generally speaking, if you just have sex in committed relationships with people you trust should be fine. I made a big mistake here.

It felt like epic win, then I realized this is my kid's mother and felt very bad for my kid, but yeah, alot of things did go my way that day. overall its a very stressful and sad experience, theres no winning here, but thats how its been since day 1 of her telling me she got pregnant and lied about birth control

You dont think I have tried that? I called a lawyer, I have a consultation early next business week. I have not won custody, but she already had a very bad record of past behaviors, now she is proving she has not changed them as a mother, and making them more recent and burying herself deeper and deeper. I feel as though my chances of winning custody are strong.

Its sickening. I felt bad for her seeing her in the back of the cruiser for about 3 seconds, until I remembered what she done to me. Her sitting in jail for a few hours, does not even come CLOSE to comparing to the forever life-changing traumatic event she put me through.

You act as if crazy tells you they are crazy. Any time you have a one night stand you are chancing it. I will admit I was overly foolish to trust her on birth control though, I Just didnt think anyone was bizarre enough to want a child from a stranger, or even sick enough to do that. Wrong.

her mother most likely has the child now. She is also mentally ill and a criminal. The issue here is I am not on the birth certificate. While I have no money of my own, my family has plenty of money to offer financial support and mother is more than willing, as well as baby sitting from time to time. My girlfriend has a 3 year old daughter as well and I know what this looks like. I cant let my kid be raised by this lunatic, it would grow up to become trash like her. While its not ideal in the middle of college, it needs to be done.
/r/MensRights22/11/14 01:33 PM

I am assuming that she gave the child to her mother, or other relative, before going to court that day. The big issue with me taking custody of the child right now is I did not sign the birth certificate. I was extremely bitter and had a lot of trouble accepting this situation at first. She will not be in jail long, for a crime like this she will be bailed out.

It really wont stop her, she doesnt care about court orders/etc. It was more of a formality to increase my case for child custody at this point, and to get her to stop calling me and harrassing me all of the time. Also if she does contact me, she will now go to jail, and will lose custody by default at that point. If shes going to try to kill me, a restraining order wont deter her from that.

Boo fucking hoo, I have to pay child support for EIGHTEEN YEARS 20% of my income to a child I NEVER WANTED TO HAVE. I didnt get the option of strolling on down to the clinic when I wasnt ready to be a father. Why does she get the option of getting out of carrying the baby to term, a CONSEQUENCE OF HER ACTIONS, just like feminists blurt out to me when I argue men should be able to walk away without paying child support if they dont want the child. She knows shes financially fucked so that is why it bothered her so bad. Even if she court orders me child support, she will get $250 a month as I have no job (full time student). I have already spent $400 on the child in 2 months anyways. I come from a good family, I will be fine. I am not worried about the support payments, and paid her a support payment plus bought clothing/formula/toys for the child without being ordered by the court.

Trust me, I gave them a full run down today over the phone to an intake worker. I am in support of adoption, or my family adopting it, I think she would rather see it go to strangers as she thinks then "I wouldnt get the joy of having her too". Anything to get this child as far away from this mother as possible, I am in support of. There is no "if" in my mind as to whether or not it will be abused, but rather a matter of when. Military grade pepper spray (Tear gas included) is legal here. Im not worried about it. If she doesnt get the drop on me with a knife or a gun its not going to make a difference. It's horrible but at this rate she will have a mental breakdown and sign over her rights. She's already made statements along the lines of I don't want your fkn baby anymore come get her when she gets mad. And now she's going to be hit with 2 criminal charges and a restraining order. You would think it would have been different with my girlfriend, but it wasnt. I believe this is due to the fact the threats are coming from a women. Victim mentality at its finest. If I am ever stopped with my girlfriends daughter alone or visiting my daughter in public there will be hell to pay. The first words are going to be "get the f*ck out of my way or I will charge you with false imprisonment you fkn idiot". No its really not. You can bet your ass those two days a week you have custosy or your kid make a world of difference for her in terms of being able to relax and make raising the child that much easier. But most likely she will just neglect the kid like most white trash anyways. Idk, idc, I wont be around to see it. I do not have thousands of dollars to fight a women in court for custody. It is an uphilll battle. I will make one attempt when she files for support, inform the judge of her past/how the child was conceiv…

Been there, done that 100x times. When she was pregnant in the early stages (abortion period) she was living in a mental house she got court ordered to to avoid jail time for the assault, so I could not get into her head as well. But I pointed out she will be in poverty, likely that no man will be interested in an uneducated average looking trashy girl with a kid to support, etc. She has grown up so poor, and been to so many mental hospitals/etc. she doesnt care about being poor and strugglign w…

I will tell you one thing, she will be giving that child up to strangers. She has already put me and my family through enough bullshit, my offer to adopt the child will be off the table if she takes custody of the child after birth. If she wants me to have custody.. she can pay me child support and see how it feels to have a government agency breathing down your neck for money every single month under the threat of jail.

When she realizes what having a kid is really like, and all her fantasies of some little cute baby that will love her and make her happy go out the window, then maybe she will do it. Until it becomes a matter of making HER life better, she wont do anything. She is entirely selfish. I dont think that all, or even most women are like this, but they shouldnt be ABLE to have this much control over a man if they are. Again, if she couold be charged with "sex by fraud" or "sex by deceit" and something…

Ive covered this already guys, I dont have the money to leave the Country or I would have done it by now. This post isnt about trying to fix my problem. There is no solution, I am fkd. This post was about rallying men to realize how bad we have it in reproductive rights, in hopes that one day this can be changed. A women should not be able to lie to conceive a child and force you to support it.

I expected her to keep her word. Like a decent human being.

Oh I see where you went wrong. I was not cheating, I do not have a wife. But I do believe in marriage, and raising children in a marriage. I will become married one day. I actually have a girlfriend of 7 months at this time.

I am aware of the current legislation. What im proposing is it SHOULD be held to the same standard, or at least "Sexual fraud' or "Sex by deceit" should be in place. If there was at least some form of punishment for what this women did to me the child support would be much more bearable. And yes the kid is fkd, you have no idea what her family is like. They literally laughed at me and said "too bad its not illegal to lie!!! :)" with smiley faces about the situation. Her mother has 4 baby daddys …

whether she "forgot" or not, she told me she was actively on birth control, and later admitted it was a lie. Period. If I get someone to invest in my business under bullshit lies, then tell the judge "I forgot!", I would get nailed to the wall. The state just wants the money, thats it. They dont care about mens rights, and until we do something about it, it will stay that way.

The child is born Aug 14th estimated. I am telling the Judge I want full custody, and about her record/how it was conceived, and he will realize her for the piece of shit she is and give it to me, or I will walk away. I cannot bear to watch my child be raised by a women like this and turn out white trash. Her whole family is drug addicts/welfare losers. Not a single college graduate, hard working professional, etc. The kid will be a loser if it is raised by them. Its a matter of basic behavioris…

I have the messages. Which part did you miss? If she lies under oath in court, I will show the judge. But they dont give a fuck. She wont get the adoption, shes too selfish. Shes doing this becaause shes had a miserable life and wants a "baby that will love her and make her life worth it". I am not arguing for forced adoption, I am arguing for men having a way out post-conception like women do. I am not adolf hitler, and do not think forced abortion is in any way realistic or probable. And I agr…

No I did not understand the risk, because I was lied to. If I get you to invest in something under false pretenses and promises, and you do it, and it turns out I scammed you, are you at fault? You understood the risk of investing my friend. We have laws for this in the business world. Too bad the state is too money hungry to care about right and wrong in family court.

Men have no rights, and no support in family court. Period. The entire thing is tailored to women.

Look, this isnt the normal situation of unprotected sex where an "oops" happens and someone gets pregant. This is about sex by deceit. I ejaculated in her, under the pretense that she was using birth control, which she later admitted was false. I consented to giving her my sperm under those terms, NOT under the terms she was not on birth control. Its for this reason that men need to be able to have the right to walk away. I should not have to support her decisions made to keep the child, when I …

I dont expect her to have an abortion. I expect her to leave me the fuck out of it when she lied about birth control and I made my stance on parenting perfectly clear. I never consented once to having a child. Instead, was tricked and lied into it. I didnt decide to have a child, then walk away when it got rough. I got manipulated and now have 0 rights because i trusted someone. In the business world this is called Fraud.

What choice do I have other than suicide? At least I didnt get hit with the alimony+child support bullshit combo. Not that I would have ever dated, let alone married this POS.

And I havent gone to college for three years to work under the table and make crap money. Or have no drivers license/etc. The feminist win this one. But honestly its our fault as men for letting it get this bad.

See what I wrote down below. Basically no funds + school/family ties here. If I can find a Country I can move to, and transfer my nursing license to I would be happy to move there after graduation and fuck her out of every dollar she deceived me out of. Its hard when you want to work in a professional field that requires licensing, they will take your business license as well as your drivers license.

Thank you. This is the worst thing that has ever happened in my life, and I am ashamed of our Country's legal system. Even if I had to pay child support, and she could be charged with "Sex by fraud" or "Sex by deceit" or any legislation similiar to getting someone to consent to unprotected sex through deceit, I would rest that there is some justice. There is no justice here. Just a woman manipulating a men, and having absolute power over him as a result.
