very little drinking, no smoking.. tons of caffeine and I work out a LOT. My physical shape is very good.

This. 100% this. It's hard to find American women in their 20s and 30s that have not let themselves go at this point. Crazy. I think maybe the crazier part is that a lot of them can't connect the dots at all. I hit the gym hard. Hard hard. I expect a bit more from a mate than someone who eats fast food and watches TV for sport. Beyond the looks portion, how are you going to keep up with me in a tennis match? Even table tennis winds most Americans at this point.

I wonder if that's the case for people who eat well and work out. There are people that stay in great shape into their 70s. Look at Arnold.. getting dropkicked with little issue.. what's he 100 years old?
