I asked WHY do you want that. You read like a 15 year old. If your source of validation/security is from outside, you'll never be in control. Will never be confident. Will never keep a girl for long. Will never develop yourself. Imagine a charismatic, confident, CEO or whatever successful person. Do you know how much work they invest in themselves? Focus on yourself, others will come.

Unless you're good looking/get lucky, the most forward most girls (that you don't know) will be is by making themselves available (body language, proximity, smiles, open).
