Namely, the idea that focusing inwards and making yourself a better man is a solid philosophy. Furthermore, I don't think "redpillers" are necessarily opposed to reasonable alimony, but rather the extreme cases (up to 40% in some jurisdictions; how is that fair and equitable?). I believe it is harped on to present the reality of the situation; "hey if you rush into this commitment, you may end up doling out a huge portion of your income." However, what I'll say to your last point is that the red pill's target audience is men, and thus consists of advice for men on how to further their sex life, rather than focusing on how to satisfy women's desires.
