I think this is one of those times in life where you'll have to stand for yourself And let others know that you wouldn't let them control your life I know it's easier said then done But you don't want to spend the rest of your life tethered to someone you don't even know Marriage is about showing the world how special that person is to you And I don't think it should be looked at as some sort of scheme to get a better social safety net

"Attack the state sure" That's all you have to say Okay So you want to defend them but move on at the same time Okay Alright That's not disingenuous at all Your entire argument is just that 30 yo have magical power over their 19 yo partners How does it harm them Explain it And can you elaborate as to how individuals who are of the same age group can't have that power over each other And my argument boils down If two adults decide to do something it's not my place to tell them what's what They bo…

Texas The best state to live in Sure Isn't Texas the state that put a Bounty on a woman's head because she had an abortion Sounds like somewhere I would want to be A place filled with intellectuals whose ideas can only be challenged by the likes of Socrates The geniuses would give Galileo a run for his money Having sex with a 7 would be quite the traumatic experience for that kid And the adult in that instance is aware of that And are there some 16 yo who are mature enough to have that relations…

So Because they don't allow teachers to date 18 yo in their own districts But wait What about 18 yo in other districts Well There goes that one They just have arbitrary rules Anyone who's surprised doesn't know a thing about schools. And power play you say What sort of power do you obtain by existing longer then your partner What sort of magical power do you have over someone else in that instance And what prevents individuals of the same age group from having that power over each other You act …

First of all I don't have a personal stake in this argument I find older guys attractive And you saying that mentally there is no difference between a 16 yo and a 18 yo Is pretty alarming And you honestly believe that somehow the older guys are omniscient And you keep eluding my question -Would you have any problems with a 19 yo guy dating a 30 yo woman And how exactly more knowledge and experience convert a guy into a monster Do you find knowledge to be that scary

So now you are actually admitting that you don't have an argument And you are demonstrating As to what sort of a person you are Someone who uses aggression and threats to get his way And no, I never said anything about dating minors I specifically used the word "adult"

So If a consenting adult decides to start a relationship with another consenting adult And because you personally don't like the fact that two individuals are in a relationship and because you view men as inherently predatory in nature You are going to use tactics that are used by thugs and bullies to "convince" them into living their life in your way If I was a 19 yo and my parent was like this I'd be scared And you don't trust your adult child to be cognitively mature enough to start a relatio…

You wouldn't say the same if the sexes were reversed If it was a 30 yo woman dating a 19 yo guy And no one cares what your interpretation of their relationship is If two consenting adults are in a happy and healthy relationship Its not your place to judge them

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
