Normal. And it means you don't have many options to always choose what your inclination is

Try not consuming any caffeine during the day. Your sleep will be different.

Most dishwashers have some kind of plastic inside of them as well. At least here in Switzerland/Germany.

I think psychology is a very broad field and reading about mental diseases probably doesn't help much with seduction when not having such a disease. But I am still interested, so what books have YOU read? And which ones were good?

OkOk. Let me explain a bit. I can talk to people and do have some friends. It's just that my relationships are not very deep or substantial. I am basically the funny guy and that's why I am part of some groups. But I don't have something like a best friend or good friend. I just cannot talk about anything beyond mundane things. Just opening up doesn't work for me because maybe I don't see there is something inside? It feels like I am really hollow inside.

Thanks for your great reply. I have to disagree though. I need more books. I read Models carefully enough and understood it. But when it comes to relationships I am a bit retarded and therefor advice like 'open yourself and share' somehow doesn't work. I cannot open myself because I don't know what to talk about. Basically nothing comes to mind. Except for topics which have somehow been relevant in the last 24 hours. So what keeps me from opening up and sharing is not fear at all. It's something…

But who reads all those pdf files on a computer? Sure you can look at them once or twice, or for reference. But reading the whole thing is too damn hard on a computer. So don't hesitate to put epub and mobi files on there too :)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
