Don't even sweat it. If she rejected you, that's awesome. You aren't wasting anymore time with someone who doesen't deserve your attention. Also, she wont lawyer up on you and try to take all your shit. Look at the positives.

You need to set a trial date. Otherwise, all the negotiations and back and forth is formless and shapeless. A trial date forces an end date to this madness and will usually encourage both sides to negotiate once the legal fees pile up and you start looking at things like depositions/applications for this and that. If that accusation were to gain traction, it would understandably make your life very difficult... I dealt with similar issues, years ago. Believe me that if you were to go to court and these accusations were unfounded the judge would look VERY poorly at your ex wife. I advise you document everything.
