Age range? She's with her friends, and she's pretty... If you're not S-tier gigachad she's not going to humble herself in front of her friends, and that notability of the response might serve as further evidence of this. Maybe you are especially ugly and/or unkempt, and she was legitimately disgusted and expressive of it because she was surprised. Maybe she was disgusted by the approach because the compliment was just a pretense to make a pass. Hard to know from a loose description.

I find that it's usually best not to have too many conversations, and to not have regular contact. Messaging every couple weeks for a romp is fine. Unless she wants it as something that's very regular and often, then I'd be wary. It's a case-by-case thing, I suppose. There's a friend that I fnck all the time and talk to all the time, but this is probably due to us having been pretty good friends before we randomly copulated one sloshy evening.
