You might like The Financial Diet on youtube. It's geared towards women and has proper advice on how to get ahead financially (though compared to the guys ones, it probably still treads water, but still an enjoyable watch). This is an immensely useful post. I've been wondering for a while what a woman's magazine might be like if it was actually for women and not a tool of brainwashing us into a submissive gender role or 2/3 perfume adverts. It's why I like looking at conrent geared towards guys …

I'd go as far as to say most men are bad. If you put up with bad stuff happening to women, it doesn't make you better that you stand back instead of actively participate. Your conscience keeps you from doing the bad thing, but you don't really oppose it morally if you're okay with other people doing it.

If sex actually was about sensuality and every sexual encounter was bound to live up to the hype of sex - in other words, along with the risks we would also have significant benefits - being free to explore that might be a fulfilling and worthwhile experience. But it's not the case. Even if we were free to explore our sexuality (which we're not, we're still """"slutshamed"""" for experiences men are congratulated for), if there's nothing to be gained, you are being used by men as a free prostitu…

I should show my mother this. It will break her heart if I do though.

Look at what's happening in Korea right now. Women are fighting patriarchy in a major, foundational way, and men are livid. It's bleak.

Are the staff stupid or plain malicious? It's an unnecessary feature in the first place and anyone with two braincells can see it will be abused to hell and back.

That's a good one. My heckles always go up when a guy even subtly asks about cooking. Automatic disqualification.

Thank you for this post. It's awful that we have to do all this to have a dedicated female-only space, but any glimpse outside of FDS shows me just how necessary it all is.

Why did it disappear if it raised a lot of money? Especially when it's for something that could keep so many people safe.

Also you can never fail with experimenting.

Whatever you do, keep this in mind: it's easier to break off an engagement than to get a divorce. It might be worth jumping ship now to save yourself trouble later down the line.

It's a relief to know I'm not missing out on anything, but then the reason I'm celibate in the first place is because I don't want to sleep with someone unless i can be fairly sure it won't be a disappointment. Men ruin sex.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
